Thanks, I've already filed a complaint with askgamblers.
What is the progress with this? Do you mind sharing the complaint link?
Did you get any response from the resolution's team? They did promise to look into it.
We've had quite a few messages over the last couple of weeks regarding complaint resolution.
While we can't make any guarantees of immediate contact to the casinos, we are working on how we can improve this process.
Our recommendation is to provide as much information in your original email and we will get to you as soon as we can with our next steps.
Thanks!
Hello, here's the response I received from
disputeresolution@cs.thunderpick.ioFor some reason, askgamblers didn't accept my complaint, and it doesn't really make sense because they're not active there and don't respond to any complaints.
They certainly didn't provide any evidence to back up their claims. I advise everyone to refrain from betting at this scam casino.

Hello,
Thank you for contacting the office of Dispute Resolution. We have taken the time to carefully review your dispute and conduct our independent investigation of your account with username PowerfulToshi493 in order to address your concern accordingly.
As per your email to the DRO, you claim that Thunderpick disabled your account after you submitted a withdrawal request and seized your funds due to violations of their Terms and Conditions – which you deny. You further your claim that you fully complied with all verification requests. From our understanding, you are requesting that the DRO investigate to provide clarification and have the seized funds issued to you.
Your account was first brought to the attention of Thunderpick’s security department due to numerous links with other account(s) that reveal a high degree of suspicious activity and similar information on file – which may include (but not limited to) IP links, Information registered on sign-up, and specific patterns depicted.
Through the DRO’s independent investigation, our findings uniformly conclude to linked accounts showcasing multiple profiles with coinciding/identical information – findings that are parallel to those of Thunderpick’s security department which are additional to the strong associations you have with other accounts. Taking into account all investigative findings, it is indisputable that this activity indicates an individual accessing multiple accounts intending to defraud Thunderpick.
As per the Terms of Service, it clearly states the following:
5.1 [...]You are permitted to open only one (1) Account. Only one account is allowed per household. Multiple accounts held by the same individual are subject to immediate closure and we reserve the right to seize any funds gained as a result of holding multiple accounts.[...]
15.1 [...]You must not be a part of a betting syndicate where several parties are involved in placing bets in order to evade any rules.[...]
After careful review and consideration, we cannot assist you any further as Thunderpick’s actions are in line with the Terms of Service you agreed upon when you created the account(s) and there will be no reinstatement of any funds – which the DRO supports.
The DRO strongly suggests that you refrain from creating any further accounts as all funds will be voided including any possible winnings/deposits made to the account without return.
We thank you once again for contacting the DRO and would like to take the time to remind you that by contacting the DRO, this ruling is final and it is at Thunderpick’s sole discretion with whom they choose to do business.
Kind regards,
Dispute Resolution Office
