What is the main goal of people to become rich?

There is opinion about how to became rich in my country and it's quite famous that those who have been called rich people says that their money is working for them but not working for money which is in my opinion, if want to gets rich hard work is not enough to realize that.

Indeed one of popular strategy when usually used by rich people is they were invest in some assets and from those investment the rich people can gets passive income which make their wealth always be increase for every year without doing a hard work.

I think to be a rich certainly people should be smart to looking all of the opportunities how to earn money but, do not forget too everything cannot be done instantly even it took years consistent until those people can reach their goal.

People commonly believe that the ultimate purpose of becoming rich is having more money, a better house, a luxury car, or an affluent life style. However, the real sense of being rich goes far beyond the amount of money. The real riches are the condition when a person has enough resources to fulfill his/her needs and those of his/her family members, doesn’t worry too much about the future, and makes decisions on his/her own.

Financial freedom is one of the most important objectives in achieving richness. This means that a condition whereby you do not rely on your income alone every month. You call those things issues but generally these are just skills that you acquire little by little along the way and they actually protect enable your freedom in later life. Very few people ever reach true financial freedom, even the more highly paid boomers who were able to retire with golden plated pensions quite often are not that clued up on finances, they just have a comfortable enough buffer from decades ago. Anyone can learn how to invest and some countries are better geared up for it than others - in terms of brokers and incentives to invest. Everyone would have a more comfortable life with more money and it's a bit of a lie to suggest anything else. There are unfortunately some people who don't earn enough to ever reach that level.

My perspective of being rich is I can do whatever I want and people will be praising me instead of criticizing it, this happens when we are powerful ro rich and in some cases, it is both. The only goal of getting rich is buy everywything we wish, no need to plan it and think about the value of the money we spent on and luxurious lifestyle that remaining 90% of the people will never get to expereince.

This is definitely your perspective of being rich, but I think we have to understand the difference of being comfortable and being rich or wealthy. Being comfortable in my opinion is when you can afford your basic need, own a house, car, give you kids good education and sometimes go for vacation,  but being rich or wealthy is wa6 beyond this things. These sets of people live the luxury life and I also think they are the most busiest people, because of the chains of business they have got. I also agree with you tips of getting rich, because those a basic tips of gaining financial freedom,  but I think we have to draw the line of someone living a comfortable life and someone that is rich or wealthy.

I don't know why some people do think that there is different between richness and having a shelter and also feed you very well and the clothing yourself very well, Riches is about if you can be able to make a provision of what you want without demanding for anybody or begging anybody for assistance that is what to reaches is all about, but we do contradict it with a wealthy person because there are different between wealthy and richness, when you are wealthy you can extend your richness to people by helping people to survive and also achieve a daily bread on their own

People with practical life experience would know that it's not possible for one to become rich or achieve financial freedom just by spending less than what they earn or saving money, unless they are making a lot of money from a job or an employment where they barely spend about 20 to 30% of their income and get to save about 70% of it, then it might be possible, but still, you can only save a good amount of money with that, but becoming rich will probably not be possible.

A rich person is someone who has enough money to basically be able to do whatever they want when it comes to finances being the main barrier, and someone with savings can't always do that unless they spend a good part of their lives only saving money and not doing anything else. Your savings could also be totally exhausted if an unfortunate thing or an emergency comes that requires extensive use of finances, which means that one can't say that they are rich only because of having some savings.

If you wait the goal to be completed in order to be happy, you are never going to be happy. First of all, be happy for being able to pursue your goals.

• Delayed gratification
• Being aware of lifestyle inflation

Because these two are important things as well. Many of the people who started to earn decently forgot about these two factors. They think that they deserve to buy everything and so they are not applying delayed gratification. And as income increases, so as their lifestyle as well. Many rich have remembered these two.

the purpose or main goal of people to become rich is having the opportunity of escaping poverty, being rich is having financial freedom and having the ability to do what pleases you at any given time. when you have money you have the ability to take decision, do and undo. you take advantage of any opportunity. there are many reason for people to become rich but i have only some few reason why a person need to be rich, although i have listed some but i will add that another reason is to be financially ready to handle any situation at any given time, this include medical or health issue, insecurity problem, feeding problem, housing and other vital problem that involve money. we just need money to be physically and spiritually alert for any situation.

Well bro you won't believe I was just going to make a topic on this one, regarding who is actually rich and what it even means. I ended up with the thought of creating a topic because I just read a proverb that if you can count your money, you are not really rich, so basically I was exploring what it actually means and what the world thinks about it.

So the meaning behind this line is simple, that if you can count your money you are not rich, but even Elon can count his money. Anyone in the world can count how rich they are, so does this make them rich? No, it does not make them rich. You are rich when you have the freedom to not look at your bank balance every time or worry about the future.

You can do whatever you want. That kind of freedom is being rich, but how can you be that rich without giving any importance to money?

You can by doing exactly what you said in your bolded points. We have to follow that, be simple and not chase everything we see. If we control our mind we are free.

Well, aside from what you've said, some people want to become rich because they want to maximize their passion by helping other people especially those who are in dire need. They cannot give what they do not have, so they have to acquire wealth first so they can immediately help or offer financial assistance to other people. Though, I think  this word "rich" is doing too much work. It is not what most people think when they think of "rich". They picture excess. I think most of the confusion exists between sufficiency and excess, and so do most of the sufferings.

Financial freedom is the freedom to not be dependent on monthly income. But the how to get there is different for everyone and the talk implies it is the same for everyone. General advice is given and starting conditions are wildly unequal. Someone starting with generational support and someone starting with generational debt can follow identical strategies and end up in completely different places twenty years later.

Your list makes sense and is practical. Save regularly, invest long term, control debts. Sure. However, there is a kind of this advice that gets moralistic. People who do not save money are not patient or disciplined, not as though they are being ground down by systems that take more out of them than they bring in.

Long term investing must be done with patience. Patience is a luxury of the financially stable. When you are behind on rent you cannot think in decades. You think in days.

If you follow all the things that you have mentioned here, I think a person can live comfortably but to be rich, one must be highly educated. If a person does not have higher education and if he does not have a good job and if he does not get a good cane, then he will not be able to become rich even if he follows all the things you give because he has no means of earning a large amount of money. Now a daily wage laborer can somehow run his family with his daily money, no matter how much he follows your things. So what I mean here is that a person must be highly educated to be very rich. When a person is highly educated and can manage a good job, then that person can definitely become rich if he follows these things.

For people who are already grateful for what they have unexpected situations can still comes up where money is very needed. In such cases, they may not want to become rich but they do want to be in a better financial position than before so that when an emergency occurs, money is no longer a major concern.

As for people who want to become rich, they often aspire to experience the lifestyle of wealthy individuals through social media. They dream of living in luxurious houses, driving expensive cars, traveling abroad frequently and enjoying other luxuries thing. Constant exposure to the lifestyles of rich people can influence the mindset of those who have never experienced such things and motivate them to pursue wealth.

They want to satisfy their curiosity about what it feels like to be rich but unfortunately, when some of them finally achieve wealth they may find that it does not bring the satisfaction they expected. Instead, they continue wanting more and more experiences or possessions they have never had before.
