Well, I do get your point, but to be very honest, I think in today's world, success is measured by how much money or wealth you have, because money is the actual power which attracts everything else, like respect, authority, leadership, and much more. So someone who manages to get wealth, they can basically be considered successful in life even if they are not really using their wealth for the right reasons or aren't helping others with it. The richest people in the world barely are found doing charity work openly with a lot of money, they may do it, but not on a large scale, but they are still considered successful, right?

However the problem comes when many people pretend to be rich which becomes a trap. They are living a luxurious life from their credit cards not from their revenue source and at one point they are in so much debt that can't be repaid at all.
