The strongest man can not remain strong all the time, meaning there are times life punches him really hard and he cannot bear it but he still smiles to his family, to the world , cause he is taught to believe from childhood never  to show weakness, as a man never to cry.
It is not just that men are taught to believe that crying when they are down is not a good thing, it is actually that no one is ready to listen to their pains and they have learnt to take it all in and face there fears without expecting someone to come through for them. literally all the men you can think of are going through one stuff or the other but then, it has always been a situation of all man to himself and a general understanding that no man is coming to save you so you just have to man up and keep being your greatest motivation.

Committing suicide doesn't solve any problem, it even shows a sign of weakness because you are destroying your love ones while destroying your self. if you are too drained, just find someone and talk to them to ease things up because more problem is still on the way of every man.

You are right, men are really going through a lot, things have been happening in the lives of men, but some of them can't say them out because they feel that people might not really understand them or they will judge them. But, the men are also humans and they need to also be loved, and get to understand them more and help them in any way one can, to help the burnout go and relief them of stress, this way one can help them to prevent depression.

In most societies, men have to carry with them the responsibilities thats why they take all stress on them and never share it with anyone. Why most men remain silent about whats going on inside in them is because they are taught from childhood that men are strong and they never cry nor complain. Moreover after having a family men also remain silent just to tell there family that their head if looking after them with no problem. Its more like a men sacrificing everything for his family not only his health but his life also.

There is also this statistics that the elderly men die before the elderly women due to the effect of the hard work done when they were in their youth.

Im not sure if these surveys and statistics have fully taken into account factors other than work and life stress. Because men generally have more bad habits than women. The rates of alcohol, tobacco, and even drug use, as well as engagement in harmful behaviors or lifestyles are generally significantly higher among men. Therefore, I think we shouldnt be surprised to see that men have shorter life expectancy or suffer from more health issues than women.

Why are they taking this stress? Because most men believe that they have to keep providing no matter what which results into stress, and when someone lives such a stressful lifestyle for years and decades, then there will be a void that gives the space to do other things like such as addiction but it is not the solution or treatment to anything, it causes more troubles by the way.

And to come to the topic, no one really gives a shit about men's mental health, they can't afford to break down even in front of their loved ones, except their life partner if the guy is lucky to have such a supportive one.
Men are actually going through a lot of shit which they don't even have who to complain it to because they hardly get someone who really listens and wouldn't judge them of being acting like weaklings. All they get to hear is man up, be a man, you're better than this, and blablabla. I think family members has to understand that men ain't super humans, they can be hurt too by words if it's negative words instead of encouraging words that's should be appreciating the little efforts they already making. Honestly, having a loving, and understanding woman who makes home a rest for man after coming back from work, it's a blessing to that man.
Men used to be like that, so the tradition just continues but we also evolved a lot like equality, feminism and many other things which means there should be equality for men too.

Having someone who can understand us, and doesn't judge is a blessing but if they don't have it then they have to suffer whole keep supporting their family and everything which is kind of inevtable.

Once a wise man said,"A man provides. And he does it even when he's not appreciated, or respected, or even loved. He simply bears up and he does it. Because he's a man." -Gus Fring.
I think the evolution of gender laws as it has being in this modern times is such that it's most revolves around the protection and promotion of the female gender in the society with less to nothing for the man as it's believed that the man can always be able to protect himself because he's strong enough to do so, both emotionally and physically.
Nothing gives a man so much deep happiness to know that he's able to always provide for his family, that's what makes him a responsible man because we're living now in a time when a man is respected only for what he can provide, and this creates so much pressure on men making sure they're not lagging.

This is my first time seeing someone speak out for the men. A lot of men are going through hard times and won't speak out. There is also this statistics that the elderly men die before the elderly women due to the effect of the hard work done when they were in their youth.
That statistics may not be wrong bothering on the hard works and risky types of jobs men undertake to bring bread home. They go through bodily injuries which in some of them are not giving a hundred percent attention with treatment, and when they get older the effects of those injuries begin reflecting on their body.

Men do not talk which is what is in their nature to hold it together and take a smile even in times when they are passing through painful situations.

Once I was a child I remember how my Father will many times in the nights go seat outside by himself, been a child I was thinking that the man was enjoying the fresh cool breeze of the night, but it was now at my grown age I'm now understanding what was taking him to seat  outside in those nights by himself. Thinking.
