This looks like a really promising alternative to some of the traditional fintech apps that have been banning crypto users lately. I've been running a small crypto-related freelance business for years, and getting a reliable corporate account that doesn't freak out over Bitcoin deposits is a nightmare. The multi-currency feature with GBP and EUR is exactly what I need for my European clients. I noticed you mentioned we can top up with BTC and "more". Could you clarify exactly which altcoins or stablecoins are currently supported for these top-ups?

Thank you for the kind words. We completely understand the struggles crypto-businesses face with traditional banking, which is exactly why we built SendPay Business. Currently, aside from BTC, we support major assets like Ethereum (ETH), USDT, and USDC. We are actively working on adding more stablecoins and high-liquidity altcoins based on user demand. Let us know if there is a specific coin you'd like to see!

As someone who has used various crypto cards over the last few years, the friction is usually at the fiat conversion step. Your thread states we can hold GBP, EUR, and USD balances directly. When we top up our account using crypto, does the platform automatically convert the crypto to our chosen fiat currency at the time of deposit, or can we hold the crypto and convert it manually when we are ready to spend?

"Open from almost any country" these days that often does not include the USA. Do you accept from there and what is the KYC, needed?

Great question! At SendPay Business, our current infrastructure automatically converts your crypto deposit into the fiat currency of your choice (USD, EUR, or GBP) at the time the transaction is confirmed. We lock in a competitive exchange rate at the moment of the top-up to shield you from market volatility while you manage your business expenses. However, we are exploring features that would allow users to hold crypto balances and convert manually in the future.

Hello! Thank you for the great question. We completely understand the skepticism, as "global" often comes with a US-sized asterisk in the crypto-fintech space these days. Yes, SendPay Business does accept and support businesses based in the USA! Because of the strict regulatory landscape in the United States, our onboarding for US-based entities requires standard corporate KYB (Know Your Business) documentation. To get your account fully verified, you will generally need to provide your Articles of Incorporation or LLC formation documents, an official EIN (Employer Identification Number) verification, a recent proof of business address, and standard government-issued IDs for the primary directors or Ultimate Beneficial Owners (UBOs) holding more than 25% of the company. Once those documents are uploaded, our automated compliance system usually processes the KYC/KYB in just a few minutes. Please note that availability or specific crypto-to-fiat features can sometimes vary slightly depending on your specific state's local regulations. Let us know if you have any questions during the onboarding process!

I've been looking for a payment gateway to accept card payments for my e-commerce store, but I want the funds to settle in a crypto-friendly environment. It says in your announcement that we can "accept card payments in any currency." Does this mean SendPay provides a merchant checkout plugin (like WooCommerce or Shopify integration) for websites, or is this simply a feature for sending manual payment links/invoices to individual clients?

our platform allows you to generate professional payment links and invoices that you can send directly to your clients, which they can pay using their credit or debit cards securely. While we don't have native, plug-and-play e-commerce plugins (like WooCommerce or Shopify) available just yet, our development team is actively building these integrations to make automated website checkouts seamless for our business users. Stay tuned for updates!

The claim of "instant onboarding" from "almost any country" sounds fantastic, but knowing how strict global AML/KYC regulations are right now, I'm a bit skeptical. I'm based in Southeast Asia and have had my business rejected by multiple European fintechs simply because of my jurisdiction, despite having all proper corporate registration documents. Could you clarify the exact KYC/KYB requirements for opening an account? Are there any specific documents required beyond the standard ID and company registry, and what is the typical processing time if manual review is needed?

great to see more bridges being built between the traditional fiat world and the crypto economy. A lot of crypto businesses struggle to pay suppliers who only accept bank transfers. Your announcement mentions sending money to 135+ countries. For the fiat payouts, are you utilizing local payment rails (like SEPA in Europe or ACH in the US) to keep the fees down, or does it all go through the traditional, slower SWIFT network? Also, how long does a standard international transfer usually take to clear?

Thank you for the support! To ensure both speed and cost-effectiveness, SendPay Business leverages local payment networks wherever possible. For instance, transfers within Europe utilize the SEPA network, and US transfers utilize ACH or local wire, which usually settle within 1 business day (often same-day). For countries outside of our local payout networks, we rely on SWIFT, which typically takes 2-5 business days depending on the receiving bank.
