The gambling site delayed bonus only means that you still get the bonus, not that you are not given the bonus. Did you read the bonus terms and conditions very well? But it is very possible a gambling site may not give bonus very fast, but still give the bonus in a way I will not consider it delayed.

I think he lost money often on Stake which is very usual also on other gambling sites. Some people get frustrated after losing which I think is what that is happening to him.

Yes, bonus have been lowered significantly, yet something like pre and post monthly are no guarantee, and you know that. Compared to other sites I would say that stake is still on top of the bonus game (weekly and monthly wise), other site still can't close the gap, despite the cuts.

Anyway, no clue what you complain about. That there wasn't a post monthly yet? There are still 10 days in the month and regular monthly was just last week. 

If you don't like it you can always change to a different, most likely shittier, site.
