Reflecting pool drama

The OLD scandal was how Trump paid his buddy millions to repaint the pool.    The NEW scandal is the terrible job they did.    Who uses Alkaline paint in wet environments?     A nice latex coat would not be peeling up like that, nor causing Algae.

Now it's killing wildlife, and Trump is claiming it was vandalized.  The capital police are investigating he says.
