Stream finance just went silent, their last tweet was May 11. I think they don't have any intention to pay back. I can't reach out to their website (Probably down)

Silo DAO is suing Stream Finance if they win it will take 2-4 years. It's highly unlikely that they will refund users. Good luck on the deal though you might try your luck at otc groups or reddit.

From the article you mentioned (interesting)

Code:
🚨 If neither redemptions nor repayments occur, users with deposits in affected markets may lose their full balances.

they are more parties involved than these 2 and probably it will take arround 2 years until a resolution will happen, maybe 3.

This is why i am selling it at a discounted price. due to my geo i can't sue them, if someone has time and mood to go in court can buy the debt and go with it.

This is interesting. But you should provide more guarantees that the case will be solved at all conditions. The amount you are asking is a big sum of money and shouldn't be paid to you as a kind of gambling. I tried to search about the case but it appears that not so many optimistic opinions that the case will reach a resolution sooner or later. I am sorry for your loss but it seems that you don't have better options but to wait for the court. People can't risk that amount at the promise that the case will be resolved.

Someone who will pay 50-60k for my position will take the gamble, they can get 70-80% back maybe even demages. There are money in stream finance to be grabbed, that's the investment, as the transaction goes, there is a need only for a liquidity points, whoever knows how this works, it's actually an easy transaction
