Currently our exchange providers are BitcoinVN, Exolix, PegasusSwap, SwapUz, and WizardSwap. Regarding the extra fee, we're just starting out and want to test the waters - and we'd say currently our main advantage is our user interface and ease of use.

We also have some interesting upcoming changes that'll be a separate mode from just swapping funds and instead will allow the user to "clean" their funds if they're exchanging pairs on transparent blockchains.

In addition to examplens's comment, it's worth noting that in almost all of them, certain types of transactions can trigger a KYC request, so until you can entirely switch to your own reserve, you shouldn't label your platform like that.
