This is probably the ultimate level of paranoia. But with cryptocurrencies, it's better to be on the safe side and a little paranoid.

Is it really the ultimate level though.  A Seed written in the wrong order or mistyped will be useless unless the correct sequence is re constructed.  Not to mention there could be bugs in the software, things can simply go wrong at the 'right' time.  Up until some point this is not even paranoia but it rather follows the 'Do not Trust, Verify' ideology.

Thanks for informing, I believe It's a necessary step for everyone I always try this method when i use a wallet address for long term holding. For temporary use i don't need to do these steps just backup the seed phrase and use for few days then delete.  But one thing i noticed is that the address never changed until now. Well sometimes we need to be  cautious even the chance is low.
