Good day all, so I was at the vocanizer for wheel balancing today, and I noticed there is a local betting shop near me, Babaejebu that is the name of the local fiat casino that operates this Gambling business, the business os licence here in my country, but what surprised me was the machine used in playing the game, I saw some gamblers checking a board to pick number I don't know if that is a dice machine, bit the operator wasn't giving me attention since I am not a player and I asked him repeatedly what type of machine is that if it a dice machine or slots machine since he inserted a card into the machine after powering it.

At a point I asked this kind of questions too but I got some little explanation from players at that time.

So winners get paid just like it is with known betting shops or casinos, online banking / wallet or physically. When they newly started, payment was through their kiosk and physically. For example if you win, you can present your ticket to any accredited physical kiosk/agent who will scan the ticket to confirm you won and how much you won. After that, you get paid the amount if it is available but if the amount is not available, you can be referred to another kiosk who has such amount of money. FYI, the agents sign out such money from the branches and they account for it using the numbers of won and scanned tickets from customers.

I'm quite unfamiliar with this device. But if you search on Google, it seems like it's a lottery machine that can print lottery tickets and check winnings.
