WHAT IS THIS PROJECT?A pre-launch blockchain project currently in its community research phase.
"Project Forge" is a working codename — the final name will be decided once survey data has been analyzed, possibly with direct community input.
Most new blockchain projects are designed in a vacuum. A small team makes technical decisions based on assumptions, then asks the community for feedback only after launch.
We are doing it differently.We are applying a structured methodology (
DMAIC — Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) to blockchain development.
Phase 1 is this survey.
Phase 2 is technical design, informed by what the community actually tells us.

We deliberately avoid wishlist questions that produce low-signal data.
