Quite a revolutionary idea. I haven't heard of any casinos securing withdrawals via escrow with a trusted user on Bitcointalk. That is, apart from, of course, payouts of bounty campaigns pools or prizes for participants in signature campaigns and contests.

Connecting a wallet through WalletConnect does **not** give LuckyX access to a user's private key or recovery phrase. The wallet always remains under the user's own control, and every transaction requires authorization directly inside the wallet.

LuckyX will never ask users to reveal their seed phrase or private keys.

Regarding escrow, our platform is non-custodial by design. We do not hold users' wallets or private keys, so there isn't an escrow manager responsible for wallet security. Users are always in control of their own assets.

That said, we strongly recommend using a dedicated wallet for interacting with any Web3 application, especially if your primary wallet contains significant funds. This is a common security practice across the crypto ecosystem.

Security is something we take seriously, and we appreciate discussions like this because they help remind everyone to follow safe Web3 practices.

1 - whether the casino accepts many accounts or not

2 - whether the casino will perform KYC or not

3 - whether the casino accepts self-exclusion or not, and if so, under what terms this happens

4 - how long withdrawals and deposits take

Everything I saw were unimportant topics. Maybe the casino owner believes that this is a good way to handle things. There’s some scenario that a phone holding the private key was lost either by accident or someone stolen it.

In a Web3 wallet-based system, LuckyX does not control or store users’ private keys, seed phrases, or wallet recovery information. This means we cannot recover a wallet if the private key or seed phrase is lost, damaged, stolen, or inaccessible.

This is different from a traditional username/password account where a platform can reset access through email, secret questions, or other verification methods. With self-custody wallets, the user remains fully in control of the wallet, but also responsible for keeping the recovery phrase safe.

For security reasons, LuckyX will never ask users for their private key or seed phrase.

That said, your point is valid. We will consider adding clearer user guidance and safety reminders, such as recommending users to back up their seed phrase securely and use a separate wallet for Web3 gaming activities.
