What will happens to user funds if the exchange process fails on your end? I don't see a refund address request in the order application. Some users don't like linking personal email addresses and contacts.

Honestly, I didn't understand this point. You already have AML/KYC requirements^[1], so how will you help in obtaining low-risk transactions? In other words, I searched and couldn't find your license number or where this platform is registered.

How can you claim that users don't have to worry about coins being frozen, while at the same time your own policy grants you the right to freeze transactions and restrict access to your services?

Eunobit is not an aggregator — we are a direct automated exchanger. We use API integrations with liquidity providers to ensure competitive rates and deep liquidity, but the exchange happens on our platform under our own terms.

Regarding failed exchanges: if a transaction cannot be completed for any technical reason, funds are returned to the sender's original wallet address. No funds are ever lost on our end. As for email — it is completely optional and only used to send order status notifications. You can exchange without providing any email at all.

On the "risk eliminated" wording: you're right that it was misleading. What we meant is that our AML screening significantly reduces the risk of clean users encountering dirty coins. The policy reserves the right to freeze only when automated systems flag suspicious activity. We'll reword that claim to be more accurate.

On using us vs. providers: no mandatory KYC, no registration required, UAH fiat withdrawal, simplified UX, and 24/7 support in multiple languages.

On the news articles: this is a completely valid point and we take it seriously. The articles are sourced from external crypto news feeds and the dates reflect their original publication. We should have displayed the source and original date clearly — this is being fixed. We have no interest in appearing older than we are. The platform launched in late 2025 and we're building our reputation from scratch, honestly.

Same engine, different owners, different operations.
