I need a solution for this probem:

Transactions from an online wallet (like blockchain wallet) shall only be allowed to BTC addresses with a specific prefix.
Example: A wallet can only send BTC to addresses which starts with 1g9.
Think this should be possible via API, but I am not a specialist.

Please contact me via PM.

Its very simple. Get the transaction info. Scrape the addresses. Check if the addresses start with 1g9. Simple!

It must be automatic.
And of course it must prevent transactions before they happen.
Not so simple as you think.

Its from an online wallet ,so it should be possible using client-side and server-side verification.

How much do you offer?

@nahtnam
Please stop writing in this thread. It seems you dont understand what I am talking about and I am sure you cant help me.

@bitsmichel
So you think you are able to realize this? I will pay depending on how much outlay it is for you. I am expectng the most simple, basic and cheap solution. No extras needed. I have offers from other programmers already.
Please answer on PM, will pay in BTC.
