The number of the updated nodes has just reached another all time high and keeps rising. Bitcoin Knots v29.3.knots20260508 (fully validating nodes, including BIP-110) is the dominant node implementation in the Bitcoin P2P network. At the same time, malicious Core v30+ nodes are gradually shut down.
BIP-110 activation is on track and there are 12 days to go.

Meanwhile a sybil resistant count of 110 connections shows 4% basically unchanged for the last several weeks. Jason at Bitcoin ocean's numbers using different methodology give 3% to "at most" 6%. Your own post dishonestly blathers about bitcoin core "30" which is several revisions behind and is falling in usage because of nodes being upgraded to current software... and 30+ vastly outpaces bip110 nodes even using its proponents own sybil-inflated figures.
But whatever, if you want to believe such delusions it's not my place to disabuse you of them.
Again, Greg-- I'm happy to trade you as much non-110 coin as you've got for my 110 coins. Any 110 coins are worthless to me-- because it's an authortarian controlled censor coin rather than freedom money, and I would be happy to get rid of them, but you always demure. All evidence suggests that 110 coins have absolutely no market value, or at least a value so insubstantial that no one is even willing to transact to trade them. (of course, the offer is open to anyone else too)
Is it time for you to admit that you don't actually believe in it and don't actually want it.. or just that you're a false flagging scamcoiner hopping to hobble bitcoin to reduce its competitiveness with other cryptocurrencies... and that you don't own any meaningful amount of bitcoin?

It's so laughable that the filterbois run a propaganda that BIP-110 will be like BIP-148. BECAUSE IT'S NOT. Segwit already had broad consensus, community backing, with major exchanges, wallet providers and other Bitcoin services waiting for activation. PLUS the Core Developers. BIP-110 is a controversial soft fork used as a tool for propaganda to censor transactions that filterbois don't like. - It's NOT supported by the Core Developers.

Or to be more honest knots clients will fork off the main chain with about 2% to 3% of the hash rate. Even in the BIP itself it states the threshold is 55% as of now it's mathematically impossible to get 55% in this period. If every single block for the next 6 days signals for it you still don't get 55%. -Dave

Oh no!!! 1,079 more signals needed Blocks left 858 Signal rate 2.59% 30 of 1,158 blocks You have lost! Without miners your fork will simply stall in a day, you will get 2 blocks with 400k incoming transactions. Anyone who would still be on your client would not understand what the hell is happening and will just drop it only to see his normal and perfectly valid tx has already been confirmed by the "evil" chain. Again, the number of nodes doesn't mean a thing! If the largest exchanges and largest gateways use core you could be at 99% , it's the actual usage that matters and your nodes are just useless clones that the network would be fine without even now. You lost! It's so laughable that the filterbois run a propaganda that BIP-110 will be like BIP-148. BECAUSE IT'S NOT.
This is more like Bitcoin Gold....and at least that thing had a few miners on it.

Also, never actually bothered to look into it but did they plan on doing anything about the difficulty adjustment if they lose the majority of the hash rate?
@stompix, as far as I know no emergency adjustment in bitcoin exists and the blocks are retargeted every 2016 blocks. never happens. that's why BCH attached an EDA to their chain at the fork, and because it was still necessary to attach a replacement a few months after as the first attachment kept vibrating. No one has ever pointed to a retarget provision in bip110. If it doesn't have one, it simply won't have its first retarget for well over a year if the chain that is signaling is at the 2-3 percent level.

So in 6 days we're going to need some popcorn to: - watch BitcoinKnots chain add 1 block per day at max (they won't have any more money to rent more hash as they do now) - watch the number of Knots nodes drop like a stone - wait a bit till a humiliated Ocean pool changes its name, design, IPs and comes back in total humiliation to mine Bitcoin

To be honest, I'm impressed it's only this. I would have expected them to come and blame the developers of Core for being a part of the Coldcard hack as a way to turn attention from their fork, or at least blame the hacker for having chosen this exact moment, also with a bit of mumbo-jumbo delusional take of how this would not have been possible if they had been in charge of god knows what. But now that I think a bit more before I hit post, I can already feel I'm wrong about this and luke has already blamed someone on x for this.. but no way I'm going to check his account.

They're stuck in a pickle on the coldcard snafu-- because the biggest 110 influencers were some of the biggest coldcard promoters, people Kratter and Mechanic, until recently and are now walking a fine line hoping no one asks them why they were promoting it so hard but didn't lose any coins to it themselves...
Kratter did put out a video claiming that the coldcard theft happened in order to disrupt bip110 ... as if the perp didn't have eighty million more likely reasons.

If someone else told me it's satire or the onion news, i could believe them. Anyway, let's see if they still have enough energy and resource to push "new" BIP or update BIP 110 (despite it's status is complete).
If they use same old excuse on claim, less website/media would to report their claim .

Actually we all know that the hack was done by 110 supporters. Why else would they be supporting coldcard so much. Once knots spits off they are going to use all the funds to rent hash to prove the 110 is supported. For those not sure the above is sarcasm. TBF to a point even I supported ColdCard in the past. Anyway back to this. Back of the napkin math with 615 blocks to go assuming they start spending a bit more money they will get to 4% of the hash. So if they don't do a difficulty adjustment it's going to go really poorly for them. But, it might be for the best. Much like BCH / BSV / a couple of other things it does get a bunch of toxic people out of the community. It also gives us a better grasp of who was in it for BTC and who was in it just to get they name out there to get some money. -Dave

WooHoo free fork coins. Can't read the github link from my phone what mining algo are they going to go to? And the obligatory BuhBye. So I guess once the algo does change all 110 posts / threads do go to the altcoin section. -Dave

once the algo does change Why should it change? They have a few EH/s working under double SHA-256, and signalling for their BIP. If they will switch to something else, then all of that will be lost. Even BCH didn't change the mining algorithm, but only changed the difficulty.

Even BCH didn't change the mining algorithm, but only changed the difficulty. 110 is a vengeance power fantasy as much as it is anything else... letting existing miners keep their hardware on it doesn't mesh with that agenda any more than making a reasonable proposal that bitcoin core might have adopted would have. We also don't know what fraction of that hash power is rented-- it could easily be a majority of it -- and the cost of doing so will be unsustainable once they've forked.
