Your thoughts on auto-cashout feature

I am really excited by this feature because i could recall a time when i wanted to cashout a bet but i was having a poor network which lasted for several hours and it made me not to cashout the bet and in the end the bet lost. If a feature like this auto-cashout was available then i wouldn't have lost the whole winning since it will just cashout by itself.

I'm curious how this will work for sports betting? Like, for example, if you are already in profit of x amount of USD, then it will just auto cash out?

I'm curious how huge the spread here which I believe the gambling platform will make a lot of fraction of your winnings instead of keeping it? I'm also curious how the transparency works here.

I don't use the cashout option often as I believe in allowing the game play out completely so the auto-cashout is not something I would use any time soon. Whenever I place my bet, I let it run and if it works fine but should the game fails, then I simply forget and try again later. The most important is making sure thar losses are not too big and many of it can be covered with few wins all thanks to good risk to reward rato.

Most gamblers always regret it after taking a cash out. So I would say that you should stick with it, because I don't see any sense in taking a cash out then still ending up regretting it.

Honestly, I also don't bother myself when gambling, especially with this cash out option, because it will always end as predicted after I take the cash out. So it's better to gamble with the mindset of having fun and allow the game to finish.

And yes I understand you can't always win but the plan of the game is to win more than you lose, let's not be greedy because this will come to bite us..

Yes, I would rather take that big risk and finished my parlay, if I didn't win then good. I don't want to regret in the end after taking that auto cash-out and in the end my parlay hit. So it's a good feature that others might take.

But there are most gamblers like us that will go all the way to the finished line and that is the very definition of gamble to us. Not taking a easy route to cash it out, and not seeing what could have happened to our bet.

It's a feature especially for those who cannot catch the game and cash it out themselves while the game is live. It will help those who cannot access their gambling accounts either because of IP restrictions at work or because they are outside without mobile data available to them.
I mean, they could really take advantage of this feature, and all those who can watch them live can still use the old school cashout button whenever they want to. Let's hope other sports bookies will adopt this on their gambling websites.

Not always though, sometimes its more better to cashout than to  regret it later when the game doesn't play out as predicted. Although you are right but in this gambling, it can happen the both side because one can't really predict it, that is why its more safer for one to just do whatever they feel like its right and does suit them well and have fun with it, that way helps to kill regrets and disappointments. The bet platform you posted  looks familiar to me, if i' am not mistaking its the football.com betting platform and i think that the auto cash out feature has been there for a while now. it should be more than six month since I've noticed the auto cash out feature though i have not used it before probably because i don't fancy cash out. when i stake a game i allow it to play to the final result of the bet. i have had bad experience with the cash out option where i will cash out a small amount of my money left, out of fear of losing the whole money and the game will end up playing out. then again the auto cash out may still depend on the selections you have, if the games playing at the moment are not captured live on the betting platform the auto cash out may not work because the odd will be not available for cash out

I am not yet seen that feature but if the feature apply, that reduce the lost from the gamblers because they can take the win money although not full amounts. Gamblers can take some parts of the total amounts so they can still waiting for the final result. I don't know which casino have that feature but it will be interesting to try out the feature. Maybe some gamblers will using this feature as they can save some part of money they have instead losing all.

It’s actually a good feature if it’s really auto as they claim .. I recall mentioning something similar in a thread about auto cashout . This can be really helpful when you’re uncertain about your choice on a specific bet.

Does it allow live setting though? If it does then it’s even more better, I can easily just set an auto cashout amount after halftime of a game and forget about it if it looks like it’s going to break the bet .  I’m not really a fan of cashout but I do consider it useful . This feature might be nice but has it own disadvantage, although it will help gamblers to lessen risk, this is something close to stop loss in trading although both differs in some things, competition in the gambling industry is becoming very interesting, recently I started making use of football.com to gamble their one interesting market options bumped into which is selecting a 1up if you double chance home to win or draw or away win or draw, this means that once the either side you selected score one goals before the other side, you have won irrespective the match outcome at the end, the competition is getting higher and that's we need, for me this auto cahsout feature is nice but can be regretted by a gambler if the bet goes beyond the amount you set.

Everyone has their own choice, but personally I won't be needing it. I will rather allow my game to play to the end than for me to get shortpaid as a result of using some features. I prefer and use that auto-cashout option on slot games because that's where I consider it to be perfect. As for sports betting, I don't think I will be needing it, especially as it has to do with amount limits and not certain possible game situations where it could be triggered.
