If multiple brand use same company or same risk management system then they can identify you based on your betting pattern.

Arbitrage bettor rarely make recreational bets. They usually take stale odds & regularly beat the closing line. They can identify you by analyzing this type of behavior.

afaik, if someone is using multiple sportsbook for arbitrage or matched betting then bookmaker don't consider it illegal. But they may limit his stake. Also they could restrict promotion. Even close his account if their TOS prohibit advantage play.

Why exactly will that be flagged as an offence or violate any rules? They are different casinos even if they use same sport book provider, they have no business with what you do on another brand. There's no way for them to know that you are same person placing bets. I could think of cases where two different casino is ran by same team but it just doesn't make sense if such were to happen. It's only when you use two different accounts on same casino, same IP and same kyc documents that might call for a violation or cheating. But whats the use of placing same bets on two different casino? It will only be costing you double of your risk. If both games were to make a loss, you loss twice what you were supposed to lose..

That's right, I don't see any reason how would betting on a different casino be a violation of their TOS and I haven't really seen that kind of TOS to casinos I used before. I also do not think of it as cheating given that you do a normal bet, just a different casino.

One reason I can think of why would people do bet the on the same team and the same amount of bet is would be the promotion bonus. The scenario I'm think is that OP found another casino that has the better odds or bonus but had bet early on his usual casino. On a normal standpoint where there's nothing to gain, it's very unusual to do this type of thing.

This might be a hypothetical scenario but I would like to hear casino representatives opinion in this kind of scenario.

I haven't placed such bet before but I don't think betting on same game and same option in different casino violates any rule, maybe it would have been a problem if it was on same Casino in different account but with another casino it can never violate any rule . Like I said I haven't tried I before but I just trust that it will not affect you.

I think so too because I don't think the casino's will put much attention on accounts that are not betting with a large sum of money or put eyes on account that are not popular. I think casinos will only flag such bets when it happens on their casino with exact amount being stake at almost the same time period on opposite bets or when it has become a common knowledge that there is a gambler doing this to different casino as without that knowledge then there is nothing the casino can do about you deciding to bet on multiple casinos. I don't also think the profit margin is that big to consider this a threat to any of the casinos involved.

Some casinos do share similar information with each other especially when they have a sister gambling platform they own unknowingly to some of us that uses them for gambling, this is where many get it wrong with the casino because they don't know that a particular platform they are used to also has another sister casino platform we are using and shares the same information with each other, which is one of the way a gambler can be easily known an identified.

I don't see anything about you said that goes against the casinos policies or rules, it is your choice to bet the way you want, there's nothing wrong about betting this way but the only problem you might encounter is that you might get flagged easily because when you stake on single games with huge amounts of money the casinos might think you are cheating especially when you are winning consistently. Like I said initially there's nothing wrong about this but if it's something that puts you in profits the casinos won't allow it continue.

Although identifying a player doesn't necessarily require casino companies to be affiliated, there should be a registry of players who have been banned for jeopardizing the stability and well-being of a casino. However, this is very easy to circumvent now because there's a lot of selling of personal data and documents online. That's why I disagree with KYC, because those same KYC forms come from sites that have been digitally compromised.

I don't think it is a crime to bet on same game different option in different casino. It is not iligal since there is no law about it. Although Casino hate when you want to cheat them, and if you do any iligal activity, you may be caught and penalized. but in this one you are free, but the funny part is that Even if you want to try it out the odd of placing on Both side will equally be proportional to the risk of losing. This is to tell you that the house edge is very strong that even with this strategy, your chances of winning either of the size is still not guaranteed. You win one ticket and lose the other. Or you may even lose the both tickets if care is not taken.

It is never a crime to gamble or place the same bet on different casino platforms with the same option, am not saying this on assumption, but I have done it myself, and it worked perfectly. Gamblers usually make use of diverse casino or gambling account, and since they are different platforms they are not linked together in any way.
There are situations where one can be banned from making use of one's gambling platforms, and that is when the terms, and conditions of a casino or gambling site is being violated or infringed upon. Gambling sites do penalize users, but it is very difficult for a gambler to receive ban unless on the violation of terms and conditions, and it right to understand terms and conditions of a casino site before using them.
