[DISCUSSION] Are We Becoming Too Dependent on Centralized Exchanges

I perceive CEXs as a necessary compromise even though the risks that come with using them cannot be overlooked. This doesn’t mean that it is advisable to become overdependent on them.

I’m still the type of guy that prioritizes self custody over anything to the extent that i even preach it to other people who care to listen. I only use CEXs for buying and selling but that’s just about it. When it comes to holding my coins, Self-custody wallets have always been my go-to choice and i can only speak for myself.
