well, this just got interesting.

Our records show that this user repeatedly started games at approximately 23:58 UTC, shortly before the daily seed release at 00:00 UTC, and then completed those games around 30 minutes later with unusually large gains. These games normally take approximately 30–40 seconds to complete, so this repeated timing pattern was highly abnormal.
you mind telling us which game or games OP exploited exactly?

OP, how do you explain not finishing your games in 30-40 seconds which is the norm, and instead taking ~30 minutes around daily seed release time?
with what @basepoker said, it makes it hard to believe that you were not aware of the bug.

We are prepared to provide supporting records, including game IDs, timestamps, seed release timing, deposit/withdrawal history, and the user’s support message, to trusted forum moderators or reputable community members if required.
the mods do not moderate scams or get involved with scam accusations. and imo, it would be better to post any non private records publicly for all to see.

i would be interested to check the game IDs, timestamps, seed release timing, and win amounts to know for sure how many times OP exploited the bug, as that would contradict what he said above, and make this a clear cut case.
You've been around long enough to know that more then half of these scam accusations are cheaters who got caught, scammers, and liars trying to pressure a casino to pay them. That's why I feel it's important for sites to reply and at least share their side before anyone makes a decision.

The user’s version of events is incomplete and misleading.
Good to see that you shared your version of the events that led to OP getting his account locked/frozen/whatever.

What I would like to know is whether you actually share with him the reasoning, or he is finding about it only now?

We did not inform him earlier because there was another user who used the same pattern, and we were trying to determine whether they were the same person.

It is now clear that they are either the same person or connected to each other, since the other user contacted us and said he saw the Bitcointalk thread, which is a very rare coincidence.

We allowed him to withdraw all the money he had deposited.

Is there any way to change the title of this thread or remove the post completely?

Otherwise, most people will not read a long post. They will only look at the title, and that alone can damage the platform’s reputation.

I guess this is also why many platforms do not even try to reply in these situations, because it often feels like there is no real point once the title has already created a negative impression.

You can report this post and see if the moderators will remove it, but without a valid reason why, it will not be removed unless the OP moves it.

Some platforms avoid this section to avoid the truth getting exposed and they want to keep deposits coming in before they're completely labeled a scam operation. I do agree that these accusations can damage a platform, but not like you think. It's only damaging if true. Coming in here and defending your company builds trust in the community just as much as operating a fair and scam free business.

The right people read these posts and if you aren't red tagged, then these right people(DT) do not agree with the accuser to this point.
