The 2 last require higher power consumption and they will probably heat your phone. Also they are going to stress your phone's battery and you will probably need a cooling mechanism in order to mine continuously.
And the reason why the first three don't require such requirement is: those aren't actually POW mining.
Nodle for example, is just rewarding their users of how much activity they contribute to the network instead of actual "
