I've got your account ID, but I also noticed that you've made your complaint to ContestHunters, https://contesthunters.com/disputes/12

Do you mind to stick to CH and let the investigation meet their verdict there instead of here? I'll ask BetFury to cooperate and answer to questions there.
I'm sorry, but I didn't know which method would be faster, so I filed appeals through multiple channels. If it's processed faster here, I can withdraw my appeal from ContestHunters.

Do you mind to tell us which other channel is it that you raise appeals aside from this forum and CH? AskGamblers? CasinoGuru?

Actually, raising to multiple platform at once will only slow down things instead of make it faster because casino's representatives will have to attend and handle each cases, and things can get complicated when those accounts are not handled by one same person, as it would mean multiple inquiries made to compliance departments by each staff assigned to the platform, and I believe you can understand the complication that occur.

You do aware that once a verdict is made in ADR platform, it is final and binding; that you're not allowed to jump from one ADR to another, until you find one that side with you and perceive that as the only verdict that apply?

Isn't it always "funny" how casino sites change the narrative over and over again. I mean we haven't seen proof of the email or something like that (maybe it's better to add some screenshots uploaded here: talkimg.com) but yeah, going from multiple account to then arbitrage betting (advantage play) is kinda odd.
I mean, what is it? Does he have multiple accounts or did he make unwanted bets in the bookie section? These 2 things aren't really similar, aren't they?
Man I wish their rep would reply here for a change, might be interesting what they have to say about this.


For all these days, Betfury hasn’t dared to reply to me. I’ve actively sent them my email address, but I still haven’t received a single response. They probably can’t find a reason to reply to me. Their terms and conditions are terrible. This is the first time I’ve encountered something like this. They don’t reply on CH either, and they haven’t dared to reply to the many emails I’ve sent. I really want everyone to see this company for what it is.

Yes, I’ve had my account restored, and the money has been returned to me in full. It’s precisely because of responsible moderators like you that the community is able to better protect players’ rights. The whole incident left me feeling particularly upset. Even now that the issue has been resolved, the Betfury team hasn’t even offered a basic apology. Thankfully, thanks to you, many unfair rulings against players have been corrected.
