Since you say that your service adheres to the principles of Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) this means you must be licenced to carry out business, right?

Can you tell us your License/registration number and which jurisdiction you are based in? I have tried to look for information on your website but I can't see anything.

Your site was registered only a few weeks ago and your terms and conditions are incredibly generic. You have no online presence other than a single post from a newbie account on Bitcointalk and another Russian forum. There isn’t any information indicating you are legally registered anywhere. Forgive me for being skeptical, but this looks like the kind of website that Telegram scammers might try to get somebody to visit.

All I know is that my funds might get stolen if your software determines my funds aren’t AML compliant. I am also supposed to believe that you have 42.6 million USDC in your reserves along with tens of millions of dollars in various other currencies. Considering these red flags, you are going to have to put in a good amount of effort in proving you are a serious and legitimate business.

Feedback and suggestions are always welcome.
Why are the minimum amounts for exchanging cryptocurrencies into Euro & British Pound fiat options so high?
- BTW, the switch button on the exchange window doesn't seem to work and it appears you forgot to remove a default text that mentions having a "4.9 rating based on 100+ reviews".

Did they make this claim? I have checked the website and I didn't see any information about their reserve, has it been removed or an oversight from my end.

Based on 100+ reviews, but the only available review is the one by David. There are other minor wording mistakes but they will have to answer the question of registration and licensing before further reviews.

Considering these red flags, you are going to have to put in a good amount of effort in proving you are a serious and legitimate business.
I doubt it that op would even put in that effort to prove anything. So many similar services like these often launch in the forum and i noticed they are usually from the same jurisdiction and many times they are not concerned about responding to queries asked, they just ignore them and continue promoting their service. We'll see if op follows in that manner.

The exchange is sketchy and i would not trade any cent in there, at least not until op allays the concerns that have been raised. Their reserve also looks made-up, and if they agree they have their own liquidity, then they can try and prove they actually control some of that money.

Thank you for your detailed feedback.
We completely understand your concerns, especially considering that Swapix is a new project.
You're right that our public presence is currently limited. We don't expect anyone to trust us based solely on our claims. Building a reputation takes time, and we intend to earn that trust through reliable service, transparent communication, and continuous improvements.
Regarding the reserve figures, thank you for pointing this out. The values currently displayed on the website were test data used during development and should have been removed before launch. That was our mistake, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We will correct this as soon as possible to avoid misleading users.
As for our AML policy, its purpose is to explain how potentially high-risk cryptocurrency transactions are handled. It is not intended to imply that customer funds are withheld arbitrarily or that Swapix operates as a licensed financial institution.
We appreciate constructive criticism like yours, as it helps us improve both the platform and the information we provide to our users.

Thank you for your feedback.
Regarding the minimum amounts for cryptocurrency-to-fiat exchanges, they are currently higher because our fiat exchange routes are still being expanded and optimized. At this stage, the existing limits reflect the current configuration of our processing infrastructure. As we continue developing the service and connect additional providers, we expect these minimum amounts to become more competitive.
Regarding the exchange switch button, it is currently limited because not all exchange pairs have been connected yet. As a result, switching between certain directions is not available at this stage, which can make the button appear non-functional. We are actively expanding the number of supported exchange pairs, and this functionality will work as intended once the remaining routes are connected.
As for the reviews, we'd like to clarify that they are not placeholder content. Before launching the website, our service primarily operated through Telegram and served users in the CIS region, where we built a customer base and received a significant amount of feedback.
When you switch the website language to Russian or Ukrainian, the reviews displayed are those originally written by users in the selected language. We are currently working on transferring our historical Telegram reviews to the website so they can be presented in a more transparent and organized way for all visitors, including users of the English version.
We appreciate you taking the time to point out these issues. Feedback like yours helps us improve both the platform and the overall user experience.

I have seen that. I wonder why they have to hide their reserve in the About Us page. Reserves are always at the footer of the home page such that it can easily be seen by all.

Meanwhile that reserve is unrealistic, unless they draw liquidity from most banks nd exchanges in their country of registration. This statement about the reserve is just bogus.
Quote
We maintain up-to-date reserves across available exchange directions and continuously expand the list of supported currencies, blockchain networks, and payment methods. This allows users to choose the most suitable exchange option and receive their funds without unnecessary delays

Thank you for sharing your opinion.
We understand why a new exchange service may be met with skepticism, especially in the cryptocurrency industry. We don't expect users to trust us immediately, and we believe that trust must be earned through consistent service, transparency, and a positive track record over time.
Regarding the reserve figures, another community member already pointed out that they were development test data which should not have remained on the live website. We appreciate that this was brought to our attention and are correcting it to avoid any misunderstanding.
We also appreciate the questions and feedback from the community. Constructive criticism helps us identify issues, improve the platform, and make our documentation clearer. Rather than ignoring concerns, we intend to address them openly as the project continues to develop.

Thank you for your questions.
We'd like to clarify a few points.
Having an AML policy does not automatically mean that a service is a licensed financial institution. In our case, the policy describes the security procedures applied during cryptocurrency exchanges, including blockchain AML screening of incoming cryptocurrency transactions before an exchange is completed.
At the present time, Swapix is not operating under a financial services license, and we do not claim to be a regulated financial institution. Therefore, we do not have a license or registration number to provide.
Our focus is on providing a secure exchange process by using blockchain risk analysis and internal risk controls to identify potentially high-risk transactions. We believe it is important to be transparent about this and not create the impression that we hold regulatory approvals that we do not have.
We appreciate your feedback regarding transparency. As the project develops, we intend to provide more information about our operational structure and continue improving our documentation.

Swapix Update: Faster Exchange Processing and Expanded Automatic Exchange Routes

The Swapix team continues to improve the platform with another round of performance and usability updates.

What's New

* Improved exchange processing to reduce the execution time for automatic transactions.
* Enhanced blockchain transaction monitoring, allowing faster status updates and fewer confirmation delays.
* Expanded the list of cryptocurrency-to-cryptocurrency exchange pairs processed automatically.
* Increased the overall stability and reliability of the exchange engine.

Our goal remains the same: provide a fast, simple, and transparent exchange experience. Users can see exchange rates, payment details, and order status in real time, while most cryptocurrency exchanges are completed automatically without manual intervention.

We are also working on additional improvements, including new exchange directions, interface enhancements, and further optimization of the order processing system.

As always, we appreciate your feedback and suggestions. Thank you for choosing Swapix!

I am surprised that 'development test data' made it to your website. While you are correcting that particular data, can you answer the query about liquidity, do you have your own liquidity or do you use third party liquidity providers.
At the present time, Swapix is not operating under a financial services license, and we do not claim to be a regulated financial institution. Therefore, we do not have a license or registration number to provide.
Since you are an unlicensed service provider and would most likely not report confiscated funds to law enforcement, what happens to such funds? Do you return funds with high-aml score back to the owners or do you keep it for yourself.

Thank you for your question.
We use a combination of our own liquidity and third-party liquidity providers. Most exchange requests are processed using our own available liquidity, while external providers are used where necessary to support additional exchange directions and ensure efficient execution.
Regarding AML, we do not keep users' funds if a transaction is identified as high risk. If an incoming transaction cannot be processed under our AML procedures, the exchange is declined and the cryptocurrency is returned to the sender. The only deduction is the applicable blockchain network fee required to process the return transaction.
