Religion is not evil, and is not blessing what make it what it will is the individual practicing that Religion, we have some religious fanatics that go extreme all in the name of the Religion mean while they have their own agenda and practice that make them so, those violence we associate with a particular region is because of the actions of those few fanatics and not the general concept of the Religion itself.

But, the important thing is that one should act on the right thing and not to misbehave about it, to use it against people that doesn't support you or stand by your words, as its important for one to stand by the right thing, that will also stand for you in the future.

Religion is just another form of a trap. You won't be able to do some set of things just because your religion forbids it. There's one I heard of that they are not allowed to enter politics because it is a dirty game. Like seriously. It's your fellow human that made it so. Why not you change it rather than abstaining from what will actually shape your future.

Because most people that actually go into politics find it hard to change the way things are been done there, instead they become influenced with the corrupt pattern that is on and follow the trend and I believe that’s why religions preach against it.

I will not call religion a curse. Every religion advises people in various ways to follow the right path. If people follow their religion properly, then there will definitely be amicable behavior. Religion wasn't meant to be good nor evil. Nevertheless people has made us see religion as a problem to modern society. The society is no longer safe from people who take religion too seriously. Christians hating on Muslims, while the Muslims or the Christians committing genocide in the name of their Gods. Before now, the christian kill anyone serving other gods.  Where religion have to be optional, some have made it a competition, a priority to choose their gods as the superior. This is not how it should go.

Religion is a human distortion of spirituality. They try to explain through dogmas a matter which is still unknown to human beings, and as consequence, they end causing harm to the humanity.

Religion is not the problem we have today, but the people who practice the religion are the reasons why it looks like some of this religion are bad. We often blame the camera man for not snapping a better picture, and not the person being snapped for not positioning well.
There is no religion with people practicing it. We all represents the religious beliefs we practice. How we behaves tells the people around what they believe you have learned from your religion and leaders. The way you respond to what ever you have have been thought determine what you showcase to people in the society.
Religious extremist are in all the religion's and they twist everything that comes there way to suit there persona lifestyle which could be for greed.

I think if the truth were to be told, I feel that is where this religious practice has taken us to now…people now go around to act foolishly all in the name of religion, which felt it should not be so…from my own perspective religious beliefs are something we need too so much as holy, no matter the type of religion it's best to respect everyone's belief…

Religion should be seen as a way of life, not some uncomfortable practice or way to abuse others all in the name of being a true worshiper..
