Well, if someone thinks of it as savings and will probably not even move it or exchange it for a long time, then I think there's no need to understand the cash flow.

Instead of keeping the money in the piggy bank, it can be bought for Bitcoin and let the value increase. Imagine if you are that someone who bought at an early age and, up until now, kept his Bitcoin secured in his wallet. Then, I bet he will say to himself he did a good thing deciding to buy Bitcoin.
Cash flow is for the daily budget. It's the savings allocation that an investor should think about. If long-term, there must be another portion for another savings for emergencies. We cannot just put everything in Bitcoin and end up with nothing to pull from our pockets.

When discussing Bitcoin, we often focus on the price. Is the price low or high now, is there a dip coming, is it better to buy now or should we wait? These are natural questions. But I think a more important question for an ordinary investor is: How much money can I actually spend to accumulate Bitcoin for a long time, so that I don’t have to sell it halfway through?

How much money you can invest in Bitcoin investment will depend entirely on your ability, invest in Bitcoin with the amount of money you can afford to lose. There is no set rule on how much money you have to invest in Bitcoin, you can earn benefits on Bitcoin with the amount of money you buy Bitcoin with. If you have more ability, then of course you can use more money for investment, if you keep it for a long time, you can definitely benefit.

Because Bitcoin can be a strong asset in the long run, but its price is very volatile in the short run. If someone buys Bitcoin with the money they need, they are actually adding the risk to their personal life along with the market risk. If the price drops, they may become stressed, and if an emergency arises, they will have to sell at a loss. Then the problem is not with Bitcoin, but with the investor’s plan.

If you invest in Bitcoin and want to hold it for the long term, then you should definitely follow some strategies. Creating an emergency fund, if you create an emergency fund next to your Bitcoin investment, it will definitely protect your Bitcoin investment. Because there will be a need where you can be free from danger with that emergency fund against any odds, then it will be easier to sustain your Bitcoin investment for a long time.
And if you sometimes think about buying Bitcoin, then you can also buy dips in the Bitcoin market from the emergency fund.

Cashflow management means how to balance your income and expenditure in order to figure out your discretionary income rightly for investment. There's much need for a person to understand his cashflow management to be able to survive in bitcoin investment. This is because if a person understands his cashflow he will be able to decide to which extent he can last before his next income. This is important because it will guide you not to invest beyond your power so that you can have an available fund to take care of yourself and your family. It is when you have a good cashflow management that you will be able to hold your bitcoin for a long and not sell it off after making a financial mistake that puts you into unnecessary financial pressures. Going for a long term investment means that a person must have made arrangements for emergency situations and other basic responsibilities. By so doing, your bitcoin will be well protected and you won't also stress yourself financially.

IMO, it still needs someone who likes not to touch it. We often touch our savings when there are some things that we need to pay for, and we have no allocated budget for it. So, it's possible that we're going to sell it despite that we think of holding it in the long term.

If you invest in Bitcoin and want to hold it for the long term, then you should definitely follow some strategies. Creating an emergency fund, if you create an emergency fund next to your Bitcoin investment, it will definitely protect your Bitcoin investment. This is exactly the reason why we have the emergency funds. But the mistake of some holders is that they intend to use their bitcoin holdings or savings as their emergency fund. What they think of is to spend it whenever they have to. Well, to each their own but long term holders understand more of this situation and those who are looking forward to the more valuable price for bitcoin.

Investing in Bitcoin should be used free money from the needs so you don't have to sell Bitcoin if you need money. So that means you should calculating and knowing the money you need for your monthly and the left money you have so you can use it to buy Bitcoin. If you have free money then you should care about discipline because investing in Bitcoin using DCA means you should continue buying until the time reach. But not many people can buying Bitcoin gradually and continuously because they needs strong minds that they preparing their future.

You made it very clear, and I think it's necessary for us to always have this mindset when venturing into Bitcoin investment. Especially for new beginners, because they always have this feeling of getting rich quick through Bitcoin investment. That's exactly why most of them end up halfway.

Investing money in Bitcoin should always be money that you plan for future purposes and not the money that would need urgently, because Bitcoin investment requires a long-term process before you would be able to achieve your goals.

Friend, you said it well, Bitcoin is unstable, so the price fluctuates very quickly, that's why people may have various questions about investing in Bitcoin, when should we invest, when should we not, when will the price of Bitcoin increase or decrease, whether we will be profitable in the future, etc. It is undoubtedly a natural thing for a person to have questions about Bitcoin. Therefore, before investing, it is very important for us to gain basic knowledge about Bitcoin. When we have basic knowledge about Bitcoin, we can free ourselves from these questions. If we are not interested in learning about Bitcoin ourselves, then we will never be able to accept it from our hearts through the words of others. We can never think about the truth of the words. I believe that knowledge can bring solutions to all the questions of people.

To start investing in Bitcoin, an investor does not need to have much knowledge about Bitcoin. In the beginning, basic knowledge of Bitcoin is enough. In addition, a lot of cash is not needed. After completing all the necessary requirements, the investor can use the remaining money that an investor can lose to purchase Bitcoin. As a result, there will be no additional financial pressure on the investor. Bitcoin can be purchased with discipline and consistency and can be held for the long term. So I think a person does not need to have much knowledge or keep an eye on cash to start investing in Bitcoin. To hold Bitcoin for the long term, it is important for the investor to have a emergency fund for three months so that no matter how bad the situation is, the investment can be managed with discipline and gradually reach its goal.

When investor understand the risk that can be attached to crypto investments, they will not want to use all the money they have to invest in Bitcoin. The price of Bitcoin can go to any length and it's not something we need to hope on making quick profits from so the money can be use for other bills that can be hanging on our neck. We should always have the mindset to invest when we have extra fund we don't need to use presently.

If a person has a plan to invest in Bitcoin, then he must first decide on the investment period. When someone decides to invest for a short period of time, the investment will not bring much profit for him, but there is a possibility of loss due to market volatility. And when that person is interested in making his investment plan for a long time, then his chances of loss are low and if he can hold on for a long time, then there is a possibility of getting high returns from here. We know that there is volatility in the market and investment is risky in every case and those who are ready to take risks are the ones who are influenced towards success. However, those who wait for the market price to fall and wait for it to fall further later never have the mindset to invest. Rather, investing can be done from any position in the market if it is a long-term plan.
