Quality failures can cost millions or even billions in this crypto space. In Bitcoin and crypto, we already know security is everything. would you trust a fully AI-built bridge, wallet, or exchange system without human engineers doing final checks? I know AI is powerful but it still needs human oversight. We've all seen AI-generated code with hidden bugs.

At this point I think human role remain irreplaceable in high quality production.

I am not surprised to hear this, the debate about AI replacing human job has been causing chaos round the Internet and offline. Which at a point I was made to believe that AI will replace human job due to its fast productivity than human. But with this information it shows that Human are still the best when it comes to making things real and standard. Human are devine creature with feeling and emotion, they do things and identify error and correct it when they see one. But AI can not be perfect because it still need human for confirmation. AI should be used alongside with human to assist in some manpower job and not in sensitive Matters or even to replacing human intelligence. AI is just like photocopy machine that produces the exact copy of a particular command, and if there is an error they can not detected and that error will keep on going till a dozens of error will be made. Human is human and AI is AI, it can not replace human intelligence where it originated from.

When people say AI will replace human jobs, I never saw it as AI replacing human jobs completely. How I see it, and what I think is going to happen, is that AI will reduce the size of the human labour force. The number of people needed to perform certain jobs will be reduced, while AI will handle some of the work as well.

Companies will be making a huge mistake if they allow AI to replace human efforts without having humans supervise the activities of AI in their organisations. Ford has already seen it.

People are saying AI is still in its developmental and improving stage, which is the reason for its poor efficiency. Even when AI is fully improved, it is not a good decision for organisations to have only AI perform jobs. Humans will still be needed to monitor them and make sure that the job is carried out without errors.

Ford should not make the mistake of sacking the majority of its human workers again to give room for AI.

The use of AI may be widely making noises right now. And a lot of industries are actually adopting to it. AI is indeed powerful and a great help in various ways, making things easier for human. However, I believe that it's still at am early stage to even consider replacing human workforce. That's why, rather than replacing human in the workforce, AI is more of an improvement and innovation. AI helps human tasks easier and do things faster. But it doesn't mean it can replace most of the job or those bigger tasks yet.

Various industries may adopt to AI in order to be more efficient. However, I personally believe that it still needs human intervention or people to actually monitors and oversight the work, rather than solely relying to AI.

At this point I think human role remain irreplaceable in high quality production.
It is possible that the artificial intelligence that handles that role is not yet advanced enough to properly do it better than humans. This is why the company has had to rehire humans to ensure quality control. Over time as artificial intelligence improves, the company may decide to give it a try again, and if they find out that artificial intelligence can now solve the issue better than before, that is because of the improvements in its technology. It can happen that they decide to sack workers again and take those jobs over to artificial intelligence to handle.

Don't get comfortable; keep working on improving your skills.
Many companies over the time has come to know that though AI is excellent at handling all repetitive task but, it also struggles when it comes to creativity, judgement, or understanding complex situations in different cases; it helps employees work better rather than replacing them.

Different businesses are trying to combine artificial intelligence along with human expertise to improve their overall productivity, and while keeping their quality high, people should also focus on learning new skills along with the increasingly advancement in technology. AI is going to help them, but they should learn skills so they can perform better.

AI is never going to take over jobs in the future; it is going to help them and also require human experts for different decision-making and communication.

I don’t think this was even opened up for debate then, everyone knows that yes AI advancement bring some kind of change in the Job marketing industry many people who fails to advance will most definitely be replaced but we have all for long concluded that there is a limitation to the jobs that AI can actually be able to take away totally from humans. When people talk about AI they simply put it like it will do things all by itself own, we need to understand that AI are going to get trained by humans too, and yes AI is broader or wider in many areas but in area of specialization AI is actually not better than some humans.

As for the wallet development it’s not a new thing actually there is no way AI wouldn’t be needing human insight, it requires human prompt to know exactly what to do. So from this prompts there is already checks going on there
Indeed, AI still depends on human beings for input. Still, we should understand how quickly it is evolving; some task were being done by human beings in the past that required a lot of supervision. Still, now they are being performed with the help of AI with minimal oversight. That is likely to continue; indeed, AI may not replace specialised experts entirely.
Still, it can reduce number of people, or it can reduce the number of tasks that people are doing today; it is going to meet routine aspect of the work. Hence, it is not just going to replace employees completely, but it is about changing their roles and reducing more skill demands from them. However, human expertise remains valuable. People should learn and adapt themselves according to changing technology.

Yes, human role is irreplaceable, but AI and human roles would be perfect combination. AI will do the manufacturing and production but human will do the final checking, if these automotive cars will be allowed to be out in the market not just for profitability, but to ensure safety and security of the new car owners.

Human alone is insufficient, as well as AI, but both can create a masterpiece.

Quality limits in automotive manufacturing are zero tolerance, and even skilled human engineers have trouble with them. AI doing poorly there does not necessarily translate to every industry. Stakes are likely higher in the crypto world, though. ByBit hack that occurred earlier this year, which resulted in the loss of $1.5 billion, was a complex code level weakness. It is unclear whether human engineers would have spotted it or not, but it is difficult to ignore case for human final security checks. Real situation is not AI vs engineer, or engineer vs AI, but rather that neither of them is enough. Worst case is when organizations reduce human review teams and think that AI has got it covered.

Ai technology is still developing and as far as I know, they don't fix themselves unless humans do. We might still not see so much layoffs but more reduced workforce with AI assistance and that's for the countries who have so much resources allocation to ai development because in truth, no company or platform or organization can totally replace human resources with AI assistance.

Exactly, they don't fix themselves if humans don't ,the only good thing is that workforce reduces for human ,it's not entirely possible for an organization to abandoned human only for Ai ,human roles are irreplaceable and also very relevant, working with both will be great ,Ai /human will give a perfect and quality workforce,at first when the Ai stuff started I was afraid it will replace humans but now everyone can see that the two comb is a great masterpiece.
