All you say is good and right. But it is not Democracy.

Democracy can work with a small country if there is referendum for the people, and if the people are interested enough that they all take part in the process.

What Democracy is in a large country is group Dictatorship. What I mean is this:
- 51% of the people vote their people into office.
- 49% of the people lose.
- Then the people who are voted into office do whatever they can get away with.

Look at Trump. A good Constitutional foundation seems to be able to curb him. But he finds ways around it to get away with all kinds of stuff the people do not want. And this can be good, if you have a good guy in office. So, Trump is way better than Biden in many ways. But he still isn't doing what the people want in many ways.

Is it a flaw in the Constitution? Possibly. The Contract Clause in the Constitution allows people to contract with Government. The people don't realize it, but when they sign up for Social Security and a bunch of other Government programs, they are bypassing their rights in the Amendments unless they take their particular problem to court and get an adjudication that really only works for them... except that Congress likes their adjudication enough to make it into a law for everybody.

In other words, people contract themselves out of some of their Constitutional general strength. This is why Trump can act like a Dictator at times.

There is a lot to write about this. And there might be ways around the problems that are easier than court actions. When the Founding Fathers set the Government up, they didn't know what would really happen. They were trying to keep the people free... free without forcing the people to be free.

It's working quite well. Just ask the poor families living on the streets of all the major cities throughout America.

From my own view, I will say that strong institution don't just mean making laws, rather making sure that those laws are being applied fairly to everyone, no matter the person's influence or position in the country. You see when people put their trust in government agencies and legal system, businesses grows, investors get more confidence and also citizens will willingly contribute to the country's growth and development. Another thing is that, development just don't happen overnight. It requires accountability, transparency and consistent leadership over time. So once all these are in place the country will get a solid foundation for a long term development.

For internal democracy to work, every person in a position to lead have to truly lead and not cheat the people. The problem in most developing countries is that every one blames the number 1 leader who is literally the president. When most of the problem starts from the minor reactions from each person in position to lead the country. In every country, corruption exist down to the lowest level. When there's peace and order, there's lesser corrupt in my opinion. That's what people and investors would like to have and they see it as a huge progress when the leaders are able to maintain that very thing. Everyone is free to express their very own political belief and they're not being touched because there's freedom of speech and democracy. But the government won't be bothered with those protesters that are saying bad things about them or what they should do if the results are visible and they're maintaining peace and order and at the same time gathers a lot of investors who provides a lot of jobs and opportunities for the constituents, so I believe that there's still balance in it.

of course investors would not want to invest in an economy that has a weak judicial institution, because their investment can be confiscated into some other person's own with some judicial and unnecessary government policies, not only that the security apparatus of the country can be easily compromised hence the institutions is not strong, so a countries economy or a country's welfare is heavily dependent on how strong their institutions are. I read a supreme Court Justice in America recently gave judgment that didn't go well with President Donald Trump, this is because the institutions are independent in their decision and they interpret the Law the way they feel without the fear of the executive., and that is how institutions should run.

A building without a solid foundation can easily collapse while the one with a solid foundation will never shake no matter the storm same also is to a nation with a well structured economy.
Most of the nations who's economy is going down gradually  are once that have been eaten up by corruption and bad leadership system, although it takes a gradual process before it happens but if only it can be eliminated that same failed nation can become the best nation.
To achieve rapid development are lot of sectors most be putted into concentration and among all i will say its necessary to look into the security sector of the nation because a nation without security challenges can easily experience uncontrollable development

There’s no way a country can be development if they are lack of good foundations. Because what’s killing a lots of countries especially this my country things that where not supposed is going and since the country is entirely corrupt, that’s why nothing has changed  because people who are supposed stand well are the one making the corruption to be more stronger how do we expecting the country to remain peaceful if will very hard to get out of the way of the corrupt.

True development comes from actual actions and not pepar works tht come with bureaucracy, institutions are nothing but name and structures if there is practical implementations of those policies frameworks that come from the institutions, peace and security brings development enforcement of laws bring codination and punishment to offenders.

You can't build a strong house on a weak foundation. If the rules don't treat everyone the same, the country won't move forward. People only trust the system when it's fair, not when it protects the powerful and punishes the poor. Take a country like Zimbabwe for that for years, the system favored a few at the top while ordinary people suffered. Farmlands were taken, businesses collapsed and the economy crashed. At some point, they even tried to bypass the problem by printing more money, but things only got worse because there was no trust in the system. People lost their savings, prices went through the roof, and the country is yet to recovere even as we speak

When government has strong and independent institutions than the political disputes can be resolved very easily by using legal process without adopting the way of violence or corruption. Then similarly public resources have better management because of this the countries economic growth is being encouraged. That also attract new investments and also helps in improving the public services. If laws are being made but they are not implemented properly then they are of no use. That means the laws need to be implemented properly and applied equally on all persons regardless of their wealth status or political strength. Sustainable development is not only recombination of natural resources or economic policies it also demands governess transparency and equal amount of justice for everyone under the same law.

A country that is working is a country that the institutions are working. You cannot build something on nothing for it will surely fail. A country that the institutions are working attract investors not just investors but big and major ones for that matter.. Check developed countries on how their institutions work and how the developing countries institutions work. The developed countries have stronger institutions compared to the less developed countries. The difference is very clear and this boiled down to stronger institutions the developed countries have. Where institutions work, corruption is reduced, unemployment, security of lives and properties is high, child death from birth is reduced. Where internal democracy works, their will be peace, schools will be working, health care system will work.

Lack of strong laws, orders and leadership in most communities is what bring about increase in corruption, poverty and insecurity. The people who are being led are not the major problem but the leaders. Reason why I blame the leaders before any one else is because they have the power and the resources to right the wrongs and even change the narrative for so many things but they do not because they don't have good intentions and do not want the best for their followers but themselves and their immediate family. They are very selfish people and deserve to face the wrath of the law for their grave sins and misconducts.
