hey everyone,

i just launched pearlproof.xyz — an independent project focused on testing real pearl pool profitability in clean, public, and repeatable conditions.

the idea is simple: instead of comparing pools only by reported hashrate, explorer estimates, or synthetic yield numbers, pearlproof tracks actual mining results from real hardware.

what is being tested:

• same gpu class across pools
• real miners
• real pool stats
• no oc
• fixed power limit
• live public tracking
• open methodology

wallets are hidden during the active test to reduce the risk of pool-side manipulation. once the tests are finished, the wallets will be published so everyone can verify the results independently.

the methodology is public, and anyone can repeat the same tests on their own hardware.

the goal is not to promote any specific pool, but to give miners a cleaner way to compare actual pearl pool yield.

feedback, criticism, and independent verification are welcome.

pearlproof stage 1 is complete

we completed 14 days of parallel testing across six pearl mining pools.

the setup was simple:
  • 6 identical rtx 4060 ti cards
  • same operating system and hardware settings
  • stock clocks with a shared 160 w power limit
  • all pools tested at the same time
  • income measured from actual credited prl: balance + payouts

total prl earned:
  • 1. kryptex pool — 42.90 prl
  • 2. alphapool — 39.12 prl
  • 3. herominers — 36.36 prl
  • 4. luckypool — 34.88 prl
  • 5. pearlhash — 31.11 prl
  • 6. pearlfortune — 30.70 prl

the available miners produced different hashrates, so income per th/s provides a more accurate comparison of each pool + miner setup.

prl per th/day:
  • 1. kryptex pool — 0.0364
  • 2. alphapool — 0.0353
  • 3. pearlhash — 0.0316
  • 4. herominers — 0.0309
  • 5. luckypool — 0.0296
  • 6. pearlfortune — 0.0283

main conclusions:

  • kryptex and alphapool formed a clear leading group
  • pearlhash took third place after adjusting for the miner hashrate
  • advertised 0% fees did not guarantee better income
  • pool-side hashrate did not always reflect the actual result for the miner
  • the only metric that really matters is how much prl is actually credited to the miner

stage 1 compared complete pool + miner setups. stage 2 will use the same miner, version and settings across the selected pools.

====

anyone can repeat these tests.

do not blindly trust pool dashboards, advertised fees, profitability estimates, or even our results. run identical hardware in parallel and measure what actually reaches your wallets.

don’t trust pools. trust your own real-world tests.

pearlproof stage 2 results

stage 2 is complete after 14 days of parallel mining on five identical rtx 4060 ti GPUs.

all results were measured using prl actually credited to each wallet: unpaid balance plus completed payouts.

final ranking:

#1pearlhash.xyz32.45 prl
#2kryptex31.44 prl
#3luckypool30.76 prl
#4alphapool29.88 prl
#5herominers25.87 prl

the top result is a statistical tie

pearlhash finished first numerically, but its advantage over kryptex was only 1.01 prl, or 3.2%.
during an additional control test, three identical GPUs mining on pearlhash under different wallets earned 0.64, 0.80, and 0.91 prl over the same six-hour window.

that is a 42% spread under identical conditions. therefore, a single-card prop result contains a significant luck component, and the 3.2% final difference is not enough to declare a decisive winner.

pps+ was considerably more predictable

kryptex produced relatively stable daily results throughout the test. prop and pplns pools fluctuated much more heavily from day to day.

this does not mean that prop pools must always earn less over an unlimited period. it means that income is much less predictable for an individual miner or a small GPU fleet.

herominers is eliminated

herominers finished with 25.87 prl, approximately 20% below the leader, and will not continue to stage 3.

stage 3 participants:
  • pearlhash.xyz
  • kryptex
  • luckypool
  • alphapool
  • f2pool
  • pearlfortune

f2pool joins the comparison for the first time. pearlfortune returns with its upgraded miner.

the three lowest-earning pools will be eliminated after stage 3. the remaining top three will advance to stage 4, the final.
