You may get a positive answer by just asking a seller on any platform if he accepts Bitcoin, although I can imagine it depends on what you're trying to buy: someone who sells servers will be more likely to accept Bitcoin than someone who sells children's books.

I have never tried offering on the Facebook market place. I imagine it would be nerve-wracking to transact with someone without indicators of trust. Just be careful dealing with random people on social media.

There are facebook groups and telegram groups that offer this, but they are heavily regulated by their admins who in some certain conditions serve an escrow.

I understand you are not looking for an exchange itself, but a marketplace where people sell and buy stuff, with the only currency in use being BTC. Well, i do not know exactly and it would depend on what you want to buy. Such transactions do not have to take place in a dedicated market. You can find merchants online willing to accept crypto for what you want to buy, and you can also offer to pay in BTC and see if the merchant accepts it.
