You could say Bitcoin was put through the wringer last month. It was the worst we have seen in years with the price getting clobbered and falling to the 58k mark. Plenty of folks got worried and some of the big money made a run for it from the ETFs. But as I put this down on July 2nd you can see it has already recovered to over 61k.

To us regular types 61k is still an absurd number but then again when was the last time you thought about the 126k it was at in late 2025? Feels like ages. We had the halving in 2024 and now it is 2026 and we are left to wonder if the good times will return or if we should get used to this. With Trump in the White House and all reports saying he is fine with crypto and the big boys still holding their bags via the ETFs. Yet you have money flowing out and people on edge over interest rates and the state of the economy.

So what is the consensus? Do you figure 58-60k is as low as it gets and we are off to the races? Or are we going to see a retest of 50k and below before it turns? I am no expert just an every day human like the rest of you keeping an eye on the charts. I have been around long enough to know Bitcoin will do its dance and come back for more but it stings to be on the receiving end of a dip. Put up your charts if they are any good. Let me know what you are reading in the order books or if you have seen any news. Are you adding to your position or do you want to wait for a better price? I want to hear your opinion.

This is a place for real talk on Bitcoin and nothing else.
