How is offline redemption possible? when that the company stopped minting USDT on the Omni network nearly a year ago?

Please note that Tether is no longer issuing or obligated to redeem Tether Tokens on the Kusama, Bitcoin Cash SLP, Omni Layer, EOS and Algorand blockchains.

I know that these tokens can still be moved between wallets, but the company will no longer redeem them for USD or convert them into USDT on other blockchain networks.

Tether explicitly replied via email that if there are users or institutions with a value of over 1 million USDT opening for redemption. If I had seen the announcement earlier last year that 100000 USDT could be exchanged, I would have made the exchange. And at that time, I had already forgotten that there was USDT under Omni layer in my wallet. I only discovered it while organizing my wallet in May
