To be abundantly clear it’s really difficult rather impossible to be a scammer when all Howard did on the forum was buy tens of thousands of dollars worth of collectibles and give away thousands of dollars worth of them.

Mopar had one deal fall through with Howard after Howard had spent thousands of dollars already previously with Mopar obtaining collectibles. (Howard found a better deal/ the same thing for cheaper.) Mopar got butt hurt because he couldn’t screw Howard, burned the bridge with Howard and sicked all his Girl Scouts after him to make up endless rumors and lies. Not the first time Mopar has done this type of thing. Essentially, we had a good collector who was tossed away by the community due to Mopars narrative. Not a very self-sustaining environment (unless you like kissing Mopars ass).

If anyone cares and has half a brain I challenge you look into who Howard is, you’ll find he's a legitimate rich godly man with a family and high integrity.

I still brokered the deal - which Howard tipped quite well and which I returned 100% of it to him. I did the deal for free. Nothing to deny - we both have the texts where I told him what i got the same note set he agreed to purchase from someone else for considerably more. If you are claiming that Howard says I ripped him off - then he is wrong. But I doubt he would say that - considering he repeatedly has sent messages since then still asking me to find him items. And the only thing I have “trashed” Howard for is his inability to respect my personal space when repeatedly asked. I have always said he paid for everything and have repeatedly said he is not a scammer. You are delusional - seemingly to always cause conflict when there is none.

The only thing I did to Howard here was to tell him I would no longer deal with him - he was welcome to deal with anyone directly - which he did on numerous locations with no issues. Some have been quick to attack Howard Sentell but where is the substance to back it up? One has to be fair and say the personal jabs and name calling only began when you aired out your dirty laundry in threads. That was when the accusations really got going. When you worked with Howard did you do everything 100% perfect? My own experience with Howard was quite different. We had no trouble at all. Has anyone put forward hard evidence of any impropriety on his part? What I see is verifiable proof of nothing only speculation and rumors. We should rely on facts and insist on a standard of proof before one goes about ruining a mans reputation.

To answer you - Howard and I had no issues until that day - no. He had asked me to find a set of notes - at 2 am that day I had located 2 of the 3. He on the same day contacted someone who had a set (I had previously contacted the same person who told me they didnt want to do anything related to the artist of these notes - I respected that and when Howard suggested contacting them - I expressed the request not to and stated I would find a set elsewhere - which I had with 2 of 3 notes) at the same time, my mother had a stroke/heart attack and was hospitalized- i asked howard to lay off the calls/texts/voicemails so I could deal with that - he would not - I blocked him as a consequence. Howard decided to reach out to them on his own and after several requests the individual offered to sell the set and asked me to escrow the deal - which I did - at the conclusion Howard tipped well - I returned it. I also let Howard know I would assist him no more after this deal and asked him to leave me alone. He constantly tried to reach out to me via multiple other platforms - totally dismissing my request. All of this was before Howard had a presence on forums.

He would bid in my auctions (knowing he was excluded) and would bid way over minimum bids (knowing his bids were invalid) and then claim I was losing money for the sellers.

I have merited a few of his posts and have always maintained that he would pay and that he and kaz were not the same people. i have even merited some of his posts - rightfully so as they were deserving of merit.

So long story short - my only issue with Howard is that he failed to respect personal space.

With Kaz - another story - put the selling of sheets of keys aside - he openly accepted Lealana coins from a mint knowing the maker of the coins did not authorize the sale - he was saying he knew it was wrong, but his desire to get the coims was greater. He then tried to auction the coins knowing they were essentially stolen. This lacks total integrity and represents his true nature. Kaz is a blight to the community - even banned for 30 days or however long it was - he still refuses to just be creator/buyer/seller etc and continues to attack people here. He has doxxed me he has pulled private photos from my fb - altered them to mock me/ridicule me and has posted them here - as well as sending them to others. Zero respect and zero tact. He has also threatened to confront me but then thst was an empty threat as well.

We have done this dog/pony show dozens of times - he denies all wrong doing and blames everyone else and claims conspiracy.

Deflection and derailment. That's your tactic. You're an admirable POS. You bring up those past events like they are relevant to how you yourself are and act. Half of which are just lies or far stretches of the truth. MJ was involved in the grading of those lovely Lealana coins and I took his advice in regards to them. Sheets of keys aside which had zero issues. Not to mention I could have made tens of thousands of dollars off of those coins but I gave them back to Noah because I had only the purest of intentions to begin with. I had held onto them for over a year before I even released them.  I attemped to contact smoothie in regards to them to give them back to him. Of course to no avail until there public release was I able to do that. I spent thousands of dollars purchasing them from the mint and gave them back freely. I lost thousands of dollars giving those coins back to Noah and I did so without an iota of fuss. Anyone who's been curious enough to contact me and ask me about the situation understands it perfectly. I purchased those coins from the mint. Gave them back to Noah at my own personal loss. I was open and transparent about it. I didn't hide my actions or lie about them. I took the advice from the most trusted member on the forum in regards to my handling of them.

I’m not a fan of the mint for releasing a maker’s coins without permission or the seller who is profiting from someone else’s work.

The coins should have been returned to Smoothie or destroyed imo.

It was a thought of mine.

Although I decided at the end of the day, as a collector myself, I'd love the opportunity to have one.

Situationally speaking, I was stuck between a rock and a hard place.

I'm not thrilled exactly with every aspect but it is a miracle these coins ever seen the light of day, therefore I’m a bit honored to have placed them in the light for other collectors to enjoy. 🙌

Side note: I wasn't aware you ever were a fan of mine. Some one should have told me😅

you knew they were stolen - you admitted it - you knew they should be destroyed or returned and yet you still had them graded and still proceeded to attempt a sale of said stolen coins to line your pockets - sure, you gave them back to smoothie - after stacks pulled the auctions and smoothie demanded it.

Doing the right thing when forced is no great feat. You should have done the right thing in the first place.

And at your personal loss? when you make stupid decisions that you know are wrong - personal loss is expected - Smoothie should have pressed charged and had your ass tossed in jail. Pretty sure the value of the coins was high enough to make it a felony.

But hey, you claim to have "never had bad financial transactions" right? This sure sounds like a bad financial transaction. So keep on blaming me - keep on blaming the "cronies" and keep on acting like you are an innocent victim. Everyone sees thru it.
