You are brand-new on the forum. Your website is five days old, yet you claim you have settled over 5,000 deals already with an almost prefect user rating.

It's not only about trust, but also that there are many other options on the market that have been around for a long time, are functional and may even be better in terms of fees (which are not clearly specified here).

Besides that, I'm more in favor of instant payouts if possible - I don't like the option of selling coins and waiting 1-2 days for the money. OP offers a SEPA option that has exactly the same timeframe, and there is also a SEPA Instant Credit Transfer that is executed in less than 10 seconds. I'm not sure what prerequisites are required for such a transfer, but it would certainly be better if that option could be used.

I am looking at the buy and sell rates at the website and they are quite high. If you wanted to buy bitcoin right now, you would be paying more than $67,000 per BTC. The difference between that and the current market value of bitcoin is around 6.5%. I am sure that the service charges additional fees on top of this when you initiate a buy order.

@Pmalek, I'm not surprised that the fees are at that level, because realistically if you want to buy/sell at a crypto ATM, you won't get any better than that - also, the physical exchange offices that exist in my country had about 5% commission when I used them. In fact, everything without KYC is much more expensive, and those who want to retain some anonymity have to agree to such fees.

Although any deal like this that uses a personal bank account is far from anonymous, and you have to be prepared to explain to the bank where the money comes from if they ask, plus people from the tax office have access to bank accounts (at least here in my country).
