Knowing some things about jewelry this looks like a ring that could only be crested by micro casting and not hand made entirely.

It probably doesn't exist with the precision to detail OP wants because each bar would need to be manufactured separately and then soldered on the main ring especially since they're hollow on the back.

It can be made but it's hard to imagine there would be enough demand for a factory to make casts for such ring.
Maybe though some factory jewelers in China would make it as a 1/1 on request.
