Kaspa with mandatory privacy Kaspa's original vision claimed to solve the blockchain trilemma.
But the trilemma was supposed to be the
4lemma.
They followed the original vision and forgot to add the essential thing. Privacy.
Privacy is an essential part of true digital cash and should be activated by default.
Vitalik Buterin, the author of the original trilemma, accepts the fact his original vision was incomplete and now he has shifted his vision towards privacy.
He strongly pushes privacy improvements into Ethereum, as he writes in the roadmap and personal blogs. However, the original chain is transparent and compliant with exchange requirements and regulators. It cannot implement the hardest mandatory encryption by default. Monero, which does that, is blacklisted on almost all exchanges.
Well, why not use Monero?
It’s a great chain, but it misses 2/4 of the 4lemma checkpoints: smart contracts and scalability.
Almost all privacy coins miss scalability/smart contracts and if they have it, sacrifice is huge - it's privacy.
We need a chain that satisfies all 4: security, scalability, decentralization, and privacy. FireCash has been built for this.
We took the Orchard protocol code that provides privacy in Zcash, another privacy coin. However, Zcash doesn’t have mandatory privacy. We do.
We took Kaspa's code and made it work with the Orchard protocol.
FireCash solves the 4lemma - makes blockchain value anonymous by default and provides ten-blocks-per-second with all other advantages of BlockDAG.
