Judging by recent events, we can assume that the match’s outcome will be determined not by the number of goals scored, but by what Trump tells the FIFA president! Or maybe, at his request, the Belgian team will simply be ejected from the field, for example, because the first letter of the country’s name is the same as Biden’s, and as we know, according to Trump’s theory, he’s to blame for all our troubles-after which the U.S. team will automatically be declared the winner!

I'm not a fan that of USA and I cannot really predict the scoreline for the game but one thing I know is that USA are going to win Belgium. First of all Belgium are not in the shape they once were and their opponents on the other are quite good. This is going to be an ultimate world cup revenge game indeed. The game would be tough though, even if USA ends up winning Belgium are still going to do everything within their capacity to make sure that USA would not be able to win the game, but like I said my prediction is USA to win the match.

This FIFA World Cup tournament has reached to the extent that we cannot predict accurately of the country that will defeat each other, Belgium is a nice team and USA is nice team, whatever prediction we are making for the both teams should be under assumptions..because wining of this FIFA tournament is not by previous performance of a country, but by the current performance. I think in this match Belgium might have slight edge over team USA and that's why I believe they might perform well and win this match of World cup against USA team. But, we all know that USA won't be an easy win for Belgium this time, they'll do their best to win the match against Belgium and thus it'll be a good match between those two country teams. I personally, think that Belgium's team might perform somewhat better and they might win the match, however we can't say anything about the wins/losses of this World cup because this World cup is highly unpredictable.

This is quite funny but after a lot of people thought USA would win easily they are currently having a tough time winning Belgium. Belgium are currently leading and the game is currently in the 60th minute. Belgium is leading by two goals already so I don't think it is possible for USA to make any changes in the match. It is quite disappointing because I expected USA to do better than this. This is the reason why it's important not to underestimate any team in football.

Most commentators predicted a victory for the USA, and politicians and FIFA did everything they could to have their best player, Balogun, play for the USA, against all rules and morality, but that didn't help either.
I think that all this circus around Balogun didn't actually help the American team, that it was all too much psychological pressure on them and that they failed to properly prepare for this important match.
Belgium once again showed that they are a team with character and in the end they deserved to win.

It's very likely that this is the case. On the other hand, I have a suspicion that this scandal involving Trump's interference was deliberately exaggerated. Why would Trump intervene and pressure sports officials? He doesn't do anything without a purpose. Of course, we will never know the full story. Regardless, the United States was eliminated from the championship.

I'm not sure the whole Balogun drama was the main issue. To me, Belgium just looked like the better team. The US had the home crowd behind them, but once Belgium took control in midfield they didn't really have an answer.
I was a bit surprised by how many people were backing the US before kickoff. Home advantage is nice, but it doesn't always make the difference. After Belgium made it 2-0, I never really felt like the US were getting back into the game.

Belgium outplayed USA from the start of the game to the end and there's no way USA could have come back with the level of pressure they faced. Belgium played good football and they had the results. De Ketelaere was on top of his game. Belgium must have played their game like every other games so I won't ascribe the Balogun case to this. What I see is a better side winning the game and nothing more.

It is true that fans have a good role in encouraging teams to perform better during games but I still know that teams results to a large extent is a product of team preparedness and the ability of each player to convert every opportunity that comes into goal because according to Ronaldo, football is a game  of numbers and the numbers is what really matters. Belgium scores more goals per game, coming from behind to beat Senegal in a 3:2 win. So I'm not surprised at the results.

Belgium is going to win USA and the Belgian country team won USA with 4 goals while USA scored 1. Those countries that hosted the world cup have all been defeated. USA, Canada and Mexico have all been defeated.

Egypt is winning Argentina. If this is what they happened, it will be very surprising people. I think Egypt and Morocco are trying their best.

I backed USA actually because I know the team had the capability to not accept defeat in this game but I was wrong, where I'm even more  shocked was to see that USA only managed to score 1 goal with free kick while Belgium gave them a whooping four goals, at this point I'm not sure again if I should still trust that Spain can defeat Belgium.

Match has been played and just as I predicted in a couple of threads on this board that the world Cup is being discussed on, Belgium delt mercilessly with the US by defeating them by 3 clean goals, which is even much more than myself had anticipated or expected, I was expecting Belgium to beat USA by not more than 2 goals to 1 goal from the US, but Belgium decided to go the extra mile of scoring one extra goal to indeed show their superiority.

On the brighter side of things though, I think Belgium beating USA in their encounter yesterday was a very good way to end the some accusations that was already brewing that fifa and the US president are working hand in hand to hand over the world Cup to USA, if USA had beat Belgium, that would have confirmed this speculation of accusations.

The match is actually tough game but I was shocked to see that Belgium was able to win the game covering about 2 v 4  where Belgium have 4 and the USA had 2 as full time. Initially my prediction was just to have Over 1.5, hence was thinking that I should be giving direct winning to Belgium but then again, I was having second thought that USA would win the game.
You know something about match predictions is that you may not know the right option to choose while gambling, but it would happened that the one to choose could be the one that will cut of the game. So, sometimes during predictions is where people mostly got it wrongly.

I am pretty sure Trump would have tried to do something if he was around and in the game. He would have just called up Infantino to his foot, well not that he would be too far away because Trump holds his leash.

And then ask him to explain why USA is knocked off after losing just one game, and will request best out of three or something. Thankfully, Tump is nowhere near USA, he went to NATO meeting in Turkey ,and he is there o he couldn't focus on USA and losing, if he did, I am sure he would have tried something.
