The holders of Alts coin who are stuck in market for a long time they face much lose due to Bearish season of Bitcoin they still have to for a long time till the market will recover they have none other option else hold it but they use this time as a golden period and they can buy the Alts coin from the down side so when the market will recover they gain more profit from it .

If they are holding Bitcoin, they will have another chance in the next bullrun season. However, I'm not so sure they will have the chance to recover it if they are holding altcoins. We know altcoins are quite difficult to predict, many altcoins never return to their best prices anymore. Even, some of them become deadcoins because they are no longer listed in exchanges. Well, I suggest to buy Bitcoin if they still have funds. Just avoid buying more random altcoins although we are in the right time for buying crypto coins!

Those that invested in Bitcoin will have little worries compared to those that invested in alt or meme coin because they hardly recovers their previous high, as you have said already. Out of 100 alt and meme coin in the market, it's only like 14 of them or less that have the capacity to recover to their previous high, because investors are not that confident in them to put so much money on them during the bull season, unlike Bitcoin that has gained the confidence and trust of most investors. What most alt investor usually does is by taking a gambling on many of them an look if they can make a fortune from any of them that pumps, that's why I believe that it's more of gambling than investment.

Yes, all investors need to be patient enough to hold for long, if you cannot be patient with any investment not only crypto, you will lose money and might not make good money from the investment.

Bitcoin investment has been there for long, investors that were patient are in good profit they never expected today, same as some altcoin investors that were opportune to invest in some leading altcoins from the early stage.
This is achieved because the are patient to hold for long, if you can’t be patient, you can’t make such profit except in meme coins which has already lost their relevance.

It is not right to look at all altcoins in the same way. Buying more altcoins during a price drop can be a golden opportunity. This may be true in some cases, but it is not certain whether the ones you are investing more in due to the price drop will survive in the long term. That is why this strategy may not be a good match for altcoins. Because if the project does not survive in the long term, then buying at a low price may not be profitable. Most small altcoins in the market cannot reach the previous high price even after going through multiple bullish cycles.

The thing I fear most about altcoins from previous experience is that the dip of small altcoins starts a big drop which can not recover. However, this is not the same case with all coins.

If Bitcoin dominance starts to increase in the current bear market, then historically, I see many times that Bitcoin performs strongly first, then after some time some of the capital flows to the larger altcoins and then to the smaller altcoins. So, the safest strategy until then is to be patient.

Bitcoin is the safest option in crypto investment. Sure, it can't be compared with altcoins. Many people only want to invest in Bitcoin only because they realize the lower level of the risk. Some of them don't want to struggle with their mentality by choosing altcoins.

I'm not sure how many altcoins can survive among the 100 altcoins. It can be 10% or below 10% of 100 altcoins. The point is very small percentage of the altcoins that can survive and grow well in the market after a long time period. So, I can agree with you that investors tend to gamble in altcoins, specifically for random altcoins and new altcoins. However, investors are still investing (not gambling) if they choose top altcoins with strong fundamentals such as BNB, ETH, SOL, or HYPE. It is because these altcoins have bigger chance to keep growing well in the future.
