Sorry mate but this fight is not about Rolly Romero vs Manny Pacquiao as this plan was scraped because of WBA's order that Rolly Romero should fight Shakhram Giyasov as his mandatory challenger for the WBA belt but i don't know what happen that the mandatory fight also didn't push through.

At 1.44 odds ^{(when converted)}, I would not take it. I would rather take Teo winning by TKO, which for sure has better odds.

I am not sure if that market is already available on bookies now, but if the odds are 3.00 or over, then that is more tempting for me. But if you want to play safe, of course that moneyline is still interesting, especially if you put a decent amount, since you will only get 44% winnings from your bet.

That is correct, he seems to be borderline overrated, he has his best win against Loma, but then lost to Kambosos. Then try to get back in his feet again. So I wouldn't say that he is a great fighter. So we will see again if he can rise to the occasion as they might be the same fight with Romero, overrated as well and has some good wins specially against Ryan Garcia but lost to Tank Davis.

The thing with this two is that they are still very young so even if any of them lost, I think they can still bounce back in their career and could be given another chance to fight for the belt in the future.

Yes, mate, it's boxing politics as it's highest form. He just lost but now he is given a title fight by the WBA. I didn't check the rankings but there could be some boxers that deserves it more than Teo Lopez.
