The newly confirmed 102,025 cases of HIV across the 36 States in Nigeria and the Federal Capital Territory as published by the Nigeria ministry of health cited that these new confirmed cases are those currently receiving treatment and support but however, alot more Nigeria citizen who Carry's this Virus are yet to discover their status. It can therefore be advised that more enlightenment should be done so that as many individuals should ensure that they get tested and also that confirmed individuals should stay and be consistent in their treatment.

The good news is that treatment is readily available for affected victims and as such the society should play a role in the reintegrating people who are receiving this treatment into the society maintaining the same values and confidence as they no longer pose a treat to people who are negative to this virus.
Families and friends support if possible government should provide major support to the families and caretaker of the affected victims to help eradicate the stigma that has been attached with HIV.

Nevertheless, it is a call for personal awareness and concern that every individual protects him or herself buy ensuring:
Not to share sharp objects
Getting your personal clipper or making sure clippers are appropriately sterilized before use
And possibly avoiding other means through which this virus can be contacted.

THE FOCUS IS TO HELP AND SUPPORT THE AFFECTED VICTIMS AS WE PROTECT OURSELVES AND PREVENT THE VIRUS FROM SPREADING FOR THE BETTERMENT OF OUR FUTURE
