[SCAM] Thunderpick (Napier Ltd) - Disabled VIP account "nongrata" to steal $787.

I am opening this Scam Report against Thunderpick casino (operated by Napier Ltd, Anjouan License ALSI-202501018-FI1) for wrongfully closing my verified VIP account "nongrata" and exit-scamming my funds ($787.86 USDT).

On June 12, 2026, I requested a withdrawal. Due to a routing failure on Thunderpick's side, the transaction bounced. On June 29, the funds safely returned to Thunderpick’s incoming wallet address. I have clear blockchain TxID data proving they hold my money.

On July 1, live support confirmed the receipt and promised a manual balance credit within 48 hours. Instead of keeping their promise, on July 3, they completely disabled my account "nongrata" to block my access to transaction histories and betting logs.

Now, their support agents (Esteban, Yovani, Juan Camilo) are completely stonewalling me, refusing to provide ticket numbers, and saying that "resolving financial matters is a persistent challenge."

An official complaint has already been dispatched to the Anjouan Gaming Board and posted on LCB. I am posting this here to warn the crypto community: Thunderpick is misappropriating player funds and locking accounts to hide evidence.

Any chance you can provide any screenshots supporting the claim, like a conversation with their support, the TxID showing what you described, etc? I am not saying that you are lying or anything, but that's just how this forum works.

They have a representativeThunderpick here in the forum, but they haven't been online for a long time.

At first, I wasn't sure which Thunderpick casino you were referring to. I only knew Thunderpick.io which operates under Curacao gaming license. But then I found out that the mirror site (Thunderpick.gl) of Thunderpick.io is operated under Anjouan gaming license. I have never seen any casinos that have a different gaming license for the mirror domain.

Anyway, Thunderpick team is completely inactive here. We have seen some complaints against them here in the last few months. It will be good if you add some evidence here to make the accusation valid. You have already reached the appropriate team with your complaints. Don't forget to give us the final update here.
