Like I mentioned in the chat, I just created a droplet to test, change the user and password as you have mentioned it is fine.

If the account is already on a red flag and creating a droplet is 'against TOS' then that account is scam itself

It is fine but I also mentioned on using a clean Ip and browser, the account was not on a red flag. Only happened a day of you using it, plus this account wasn't fresh it was created a couple of days ago.. only got red flagged after your misuse

I gave you a working account and specifications as advertised, then account was fully changed to your access, meaning I have no idea what you have or could have done to the account. Maybe you should read their T.O.S on what is acceptable usage than blaming me after giving you a working account.

You have a trust feedback of being accused of being a cheater, so this doesn't help your case either. Here are the facts.

1.Did I sell you a working account? YES

2.Did you confirm that it is working and was satisfied with the account status? YES

3.Where you successful in changing the account email as you requested? YES

4.Did you run a service on the account? YES

This is not my first DigitalOcean account, I didn't max it out in a single day. I created a droplet to test like I mentioned. 
You keep repeating TOS which is ironic.

Again this review is for the buyers who plan to buy from you.

Issue is not account being maxed out or the credit being over.. account is locked and banned this is due to misuse, I also have been selling accounts for a long time, so I know the root of the cause is by you and not me.

Yes the issue is you need to put all facts in the open and make a accurate review, you post that I scammed you instead is that your doing caused the account to get banned.

Buyers should be aware that if you do anything against the T.O.S or Acceptable USE account will get banned. And I will only cover warranty of the account working when I provide you with the account, what you do next is the buyers responsibility.
