I was curious to see who is considered the bookies' favourite to win the tournament this season, but I can't see such odds being available anywhere yet.
I think either Milan/Juve will be viewed as the strongest teams, but personally, if I had to bet, I would probably go with one of the English teams or with Benfica. Tough choices.

As for Besiktas having the worst draw, I disagree. All of their rivals are within their reach. Some of the clubs, like Celtic, might be considered tough, but it's mostly because of their history and past glory, rather than their current abilities.

I've not been paying attention to the Europa league since the qualifiers begun but since we are close to kicking off the tournament, I will start keeping an eye out for it. I don't usually like to make predictions for who will win the UEL title when its still this early because these are very volatile teams. It only becomes clear during the latter stages of the tournament.

For instance, the form Lyon was during the last group stage, everyone would have swore that they would win it but they went home. Maybe Milan will win it because of Amorim but its still hard to say. On that note, I will hold off for now.

of course, this ranking doesn’t take the teams’ actual strengths into account. i don’t think there’s a team beşiktaş can’t compete with, but ultimately, they could have drawn easier opponents. i can’t say their matchups are great.

as for the betting odds for the europa league, i’ve seen odds at a few places, and it doesn’t seem like there’s a single clear favorite. juventus, milan, and leverkusen all have similar odds.

beşiktaş seems to be unlucky with their draw. according to a post by a social media account, they drew the toughest matchup in the europa league:

it’s definitely a tough draw for beşiktaş to face teams like crystal palace, bayer leverkusen, hoffenheim, and marseille in the same draw. you could say these are among the best teams in the europa league. it’s going to be a real challenge for beşiktaş, but expectations are high for them this season, and i think they need to push for a spot in the top 8.

It would have been better if the Hapoel Be'er Sheva match weren't a home game, since Israeli teams don't travel to our country; this effectively turns it into an away match.
I think Beşiktaş will take 3 points from the home match against Marseille. The home game against Crystal Palace might be tough, but I believe we’ll pick up points there as well.
It looks like Beşiktaş has the toughest set of fixtures, but matches are won on the pitch.
With Vlahović hitting his stride, we might even secure 13–14 points from these games.
The crucial factor here is how Beşiktaş will manage balancing the European campaign with the Turkish league—and how much importance they will assign to each.

Leverkusen being that much of a favourite is quite a surprise to me. They had a great season when managed by Xabi Alonso, but their performance took a nose-dive after his departure and after they shifted some of their key players.
Anyhow, I think the Europa League is less predictable than the Champions League, and betting on underdogs has a greater chance of success.

My suprise package is how come no French league club is looked at as favourite cause from what am seeing the odds does not say so. Does this not give a bad message to the French league that  aside PSG the other clubs stands no quality in winning any of Europe's competitions

Honestly, I think bookies are giving Leverkusen too much credit. I guess that's what you get when you put results from a few years back into the equation. I can easily point to multiple clubs in that snippet that are better than them. Leverkusen would struggle against any of the English clubs if they take the competition seriously.

As for the dark horse underdogs, Ferencvaros did surprisingly well in qualifications. If they can keep the momentum going, they could go far. AZ Alkmaar could also be one to watch. They won all of their 4 league games so far and are leading the table. It's too early in the season to sing their praises, but they look promising.

In principle, I mostly agree with you.
The Europa League is actually a very high-quality competition, with a lot of great clubs, and it is not easy to win it.
The last 2 winners of this competition are English clubs, Aston Villa and Tottenham, and it is obvious that the English representatives this year, Sunderland, Crystal Palace and Bournemouth, will be among the favorites to win this competition due to the great quality, financial strength and competitiveness of the English league compared to other European leagues.
The representatives of the Spanish league have traditionally been very good in this competition, so I think we should also pay attention to Real Sociedad.
Some see Leverkusen as the favorite, probably because of the previous results of this club in European club competitions, such as their appearance in the final against Atalanta 2 years ago, but then Leverkusen had a much stronger and more competitive team.
Ferencvaros and AZ Alkmaar are good teams, but honestly I do not see them as favorites to win this competition.
