I don't follow Albanian clubs in European club competitions but I follow clubs from the Ex yu region and in the Champions League all 3 representatives have already been eliminated from the competition.
As for the conference league, they have had half-hearted success so far, Malisheva has advanced to the next round and Decic has been eliminated.
All other representatives, Sarajevo, Velez, Petrovac, Ballkani, MOrnar etc. will have great difficulty qualifying for the next round of the competition.
In the long term, clubs from this region are not competitive and do not achieve good results, with a few exceptions.

The summer qualifying matches always feature some great football, with smaller teams giving their all to realise their dream of officially taking part in a European competition. Often, these are teams on the fringes of the game that harbour some very talented young players keen to make their mark, or, as has already happened, players of a decent standard who have ended up finishing their careers at a smaller club to play without the pressure. I notice that the list of fixtures includes teams that frequently featured in European competitions a few decades ago, particularly during the days of the UEFA Cup – teams such as BATE Borisov, Dinamo Tbilisi and Astana.

When it comes to Montenegro, poor results isn't strange because it's one of weakest leagues in Europe, in UEFA leagues ranking there is just 4 leagues which is worse. But I see most of ex-Yu clubs getting through - Sarajevo is already leading,while chances for Velez and Balkani isn't bad after draw in 1st leg. Mornar situation is a bit more complicated, but getting eliminated by clubfrom Andorra would be disaster. Only Petrovac have almost no chance.

At the end, Sarajevo was kicked by Inter Turku from Finland (because the name might confuse some people).
Interestingly and as usual there are many comebacks in the same match and between the two legs.
Malisheva, Dinamo Tirana and Dinamo Minsk reversed their defeat in the first leg. Additionally, there was also 9 games were the first leg ended with a draw and 3 where teams go through penalties. Honestly if anyone gets a good experience here, he will get richer from these matches.

The Second Qualifying Round  will start next Tuesday to Thursday and there is several famous clubs there like Ajax Amsterdam, Panathinaikos, Başakşehir, AEK Larnaca, Copenhagen, Rapid Wien and Braga.

Ultimately, this was a very bad weekend for clubs from the Ex Yu region in European club competitions.
After the disaster in the Champions League, it was not much better in the conference league either.
Decic from Montenegro was relegated from Liepaj, Sarajevo was relegated from Inter from Finland, Petrovac from Zalgiris, Sileks from Dinamo Minsk and Mornar from the representatives of Andorra.
Only Malisheva, Velez, Ballkani and Shkëndija survived the first round of conference league qualifications.
