After winning the first leg 3-0, Copenhagen went on to win the home leg 5-1, advancing to the next round with an aggregate score of 8-1. HNK Rijeka will be playing on Finnish soil and will try to defend the lead that they gained on home turf (1:0). It will not be an easy game for them, but all of us fans will be on their side, and hopefully they can pass through and await a strong Danish team like Midtjylland.

They also won away 1:0 and went through to the next round of qualifiers, so I expect history to repeat itself.
Realistically, Rijeka was a much better team than Derry. And they are also a better team than Finnish Ilves, but their problem is very poor execution and a lot of unused chances in matches.
They simply lack a real striker, but fortunately they are very solid in defense, they have not yet conceded a goal in European qualifiers and I hope it will stay that way.
Of the other matches that have already been played, yesterday and Tuesday there was a lot of excitement in this competition.
In as many as 2 matches we watched overtime and the new success of Norwegian and Greek clubs, the placement of Brann and Panathinaikos in the final round of qualifiers.
I was really surprised with the poor result of Panathinaikos in the first game at home, but they still pulled through in the end and went through after the away win.

You are absolutely right about this particular game because it's just a mere formalities. I know that they will want to rest some players, and give some fringe players opportunity, but I still believe that they will be strong enough to win on their own turf, even though it might not be as emphatic as is was when they played away from home.

The game I think that will be really interesting is the game between Qarabag vs Dynamo kyiv. Dynamo kyiv won one goals to nil at home, and they are now playing at away, so I am expecting Qarabag to do everything in their power to turn things around, which I don't think that Dynamo kyiv will make it easy for them, so it's a game i think will be very fierce and entertaining, but it's still an open game that can go either side.

Then followed a period of Rijeka controlling the game, and everything seemed calm and going Rijeka's way, until a quick counterattack made it 1-0 for Ilves. Fortunately for Rijeka, the home goalkeeper didn't react as he should have on a long-range shot, and luckily the ball landed in J. Lasickus's path, allowing him to equalize. After that, it was all Ilves chances, and Rijeka managed to survive, as I said. Now that they are up against Midtjylland, it will be a completely different duel than the last four in the Conference League. Do Rijeka have what it takes to shock the Danish giant?

Yesterday games was very exciting, and the game I was really paying attention to was the game between Qarabag vs Dynamo kyiv, and as expected, Qarabag were able to turn back the tie in their own favour by winning 2-0 at home, that sent Dynamo kyiv parking. I knew that 1-0 winning is not big enough for them to go to Belarus and start playing defensive, and I believe that their approach to the game cost them the tie.

The other game between Tromso and cluj was just a mere formalities, because I believe that it would be near impossible for cluj to come back from a 5-0 loss that they suffered on their home ground, but where the real challenge is for this Qarabag team is in the next round of the play off tie.

Yes, I also watched Rijeka yesterday and they didn't impress me, they played a much worse game than in Rijeka a week ago and got through with a lot of luck.
Ilves had a few big chances in the second half but luckily for Rijeka they weren't effective in attack.
The next opponent will be very difficult for Rijeka, in terms of market value they are a team whose value is twice as high as Rijeka.
Midtjylland beat Dinamo in the Europa League last season and played very well in that competition and realistically Rijeka will not be the favorite in this match.
On the other hand, Hajduk beat Zalgiris 4:0 and with an aggregate score of 9:2 they advanced to the final round of the qualifiers.
I've been following Hajduk for years and I don't remember when they were so good and convincing in the European qualifiers.
Their next opponent will be Polish Rakow, a team with the same market value as Hajduk so you could say they were lucky with the draw.
It seems to me that this is Hajduk's best chance in the last 10 years to finally qualify for the group stage of a European club competition.

A really good win for Dinamo City yesterday turning their lost first leg back after winning 4-0 and they are now for the second season in a row in the play off of the Conference League. They are facing Pafos which last season was in Champions League group stages so a very strong opponent and of course when you play your first leg at home against such opponent you are not in a good position. Anyway it was a well done executed match yesterday.

I just looked at the teams and I don't even know up to 3 teams on the list. This os probably why I haven't followed any of the UEFA conference league as most of the teas are usually from lower tier leagues than we are used to seeing at the Europa league. I'll have to confirm if teams that do very well here can get a genuine chance of playin the UCL one day.

The same thing is also applicable to me too as many of these teams listed in UEFA conference league are very strange to me. Personally, I do gamble but finds it difficult to bet on these teams in the UEFA conference league because am not familiar with most of the teams. Unlike other major leagues UEFA conference league does not attract the interest of many gamblers just like me, and I believe not many gamblers gamble on it but gamblers focuses more on those other leagues which they think they are more familiar with, and can make predictions or analysis based on how they understand those leagues.

Almost all team which won in the first leg of this third qualifying round won their games whether they were the host team or playing away. The only exception is Austria Wien that lost home in the second leg but managed to pass through penalties.
Playoffs next time will not be any better in terms of obvious winners. Apart few games Atalanta, Monaco and Brighton, the other games might come up with unexpected results in the first leg at least.

Although Karabakh lost the first leg 1-0 to Dynamo Kyiv, they managed to advance to the next round by winning the home match 2-0. It wouldn’t be wrong to say that both teams created the same number of scoring opportunities, but we can clearly state that Karabakh won the match thanks to their home-field advantage. Karabakh took the lead with a goal in the 12th minute and secured the win with a goal by Kashchuk in the second half.
FC Nordsjaelland rained goals down on Valur and advanced to the next round. Valur was already a weak opponent for them, and they managed to put pressure on their opponent from the very first minutes. With the first half ending 2-0, FC Nordsjaelland scored three more goals in the second half, defeating their opponent 5-0 and advancing from the Conference League.

The Conference League playoffs will also feature tough matches. I think Tromso drew their toughest opponent. Brighton will be the end of a dream for them. The Premier League team is already the favorite in the Conference League. Gornik, on the other hand, will be eliminated first in the Champions League, then in the Europa League, and now in the Conference League. Because they were drawn against Monaco, and they ended up drawing the second-highest team. Ajax and Getafe will be other strong teams playing in the playoffs.

Great result indeed, I wasn't sure about them because Auda was on fire recently, after all they eliminated FCSB recently.

They started to invest the money from Europe smartlly and it gave them back, for a club from Andorra they are expensive, around 5 mil in transfer value. Not much it may seem but remember it a small country with pretty small league and funding.

Rijeka is a team that has never completely convinced me, they have a good roster of players, they are quite balanced but are not overly incisive in matches, a mediocre team that i don't see growing constantly, but with ups and downs.

Although Zalgiris Vilnius lost the first leg 3-0 to Dinamo Tbilisi, they put on a spectacular show in their home match, winning 7-2 and advancing to the next round. It was truly an incredible match. After the first half ended in a 1-1 tie, Zalgiris came out strong in the second half and started scoring goals. In a match where they failed to convert a penalty in the first half, they scored a total of 7 goals to pull off a legendary comeback. With the score at 5-2 in the 82nd minute, they found the back of the net twice more in the closing minutes to win the match 7-2 and prevent it from going into overtime.

Frankly I didn't expect such pep from Zalgiris Vilnius and had my ticket on Dinamo Tbilisi because ^{in my view} they are  level above in their skills, so I lost my bet and, accordingly, money. But I am not complaining because the match was really enjoyable to watch, seeing a lot of balls in the net. Tomorrow, they will face Hajduk Split, which also won the first leg, so if Zalgiris shows the similar result, it would be something.

Well, no miracle happened. Hajduk Split won again, now in the second leg, and this time with a 4-0 score ^{one of four goals was the own one} , so my previous estimates of the potential of Zalgiris Vilnius turned out to be correct and their win over Dinamo Tbilisi was accidental rather than a result of their strength.

The Qarabag pitch is an extremely difficult pitch. One for the support, two because it is a particularly difficult pitch where last year, even in the Champions League, many high-profile teams really struggled. Chelsea even managed to lose. So i wouldn't give up on Qarabag.
