Been looking into the crypto gambling space lately and honestly the number of sites out there is kind of staggering. Depending on which "best of" list you read there are 50+ established casinos being actively reviewed, and that's before you count the endless stream of new ones launching every month. The industry as a whole is supposedly doing tens of billions in annual revenue now, so the money is clearly there, but so is everyone else.

With this many platforms already fighting over the same players, how does a new operator realistically differentiate anymore? This is so true. If they really want to stand out, they can't slack off in marketing because at the end of the day the ROI will be massive. As OP mentioned earlier the gambling industry is a multi-billion industry; good investment is needed to scale through and that investment is in the form of marketing.

Although, nice incentives and innovation is also needed; if there are no incentives, then there is nothing to market right? So making the casino as attractive as possible in terms of bonuses, odds, number of games available, etc will give an edge while marketing.

It’s true, I agree with you, marketing is an essential part of getting a project off to the right start. In the crypto space, you need to target where the users and holders of cryptocurrencies are, so on forums like bitcointalk and altcontalks; there, you’re sure to reach a good proportion of potential customers. Then there are those who like to gamble and those who don’t. The way I see it, being active on forums with bounties, signatures and promotions is something that always pays off in the long run; besides, signature managers are always coming up with new ways to engage users.

There are alot of gamblers out there and that's why even with do much more gambling sites that are out there they all still somehow find users who gamble with them, especially since one person can have multiple accounts across different crypto casinos so it might look like there are too many casinos but the truth is that they are getting enough patronage so they will keep increasing over time.

I think altcoinstalks is a waste of time for companies. I have ran a few free promotions there and got 0 engagement. Free and 0 entrants tells me a lot about the folks on that forum.

When a new company is launching it's not necessarily all about launch a signature campaign right away or launch this or that giveaway. Yes you want to do those things, but start out with a review campaign of some sort. Let 25-50 users try the platform and give an honest opinion. You'll get mixed feedback but also have a general idea of what users like and dislike. Then start going crazy with promotions that beat the competition and try to take over. Like I said, make people curious, make em visit your site. Give til it hurts and give some more and make users never want to leave.

I wish I can provide a record of how gambling have increased since the past many years already, you will be shocked, what you don't know is that everyday we have new gamblers onboarding this space, it's never going to stop because someone somewhere is hitting the jackpot or winning millions, this tinny amount of luck is why people will keep coming, we don't know who will be the next millionaire via gambling and people are always excited for some drive, they will always want to try their luck, the current state of crypto gambling is very fine and in good shape, the only problem I have with gambling isn't about casinos but gamblers themselves, the numbers of addicted gamblers is increasing rapidly. Many people still fails to choose responsible gambling over irresponsible gambling.

There are indeed a lot of new casinos, but what's the point? Ninety percent of them give gamblers headaches when they try to withdraw their $50. Yes, they often don't verify their identity, but that's until they actually withdraw their winnings. Then, shady stories often begin, with online casinos asking for identity verification or accusing gamblers or bettors of using multiple accounts.
And proving otherwise is very difficult. That's why I don't like this whole crowd of new online casinos. Many of them are just scams.

It can but with the current competition and the major players in the market, it's difficult—though not impossible. Here on the forum, we've seen examples of lesser-known or newly established casinos that have grown significantly.

Another factor I think will slow expansion is when serious restrictions are placed on cryptocurrency casinos, which is only a matter of time.

I don't think that the "train has already left." At least because the number of online casinos is still growing. There's also a new industry called prediction markets, which is a combination of trading and betting. This industry has huge potential. Moreover, the audience for prediction markets is still growing.

The entry barrier to the gambling industry has increased, and it's not easy to break into it. In today's world, it's not enough to have a great website with a variety of top-notch gambling games, you also need to invest heavily in advertising. Otherwise, you may not even expect success.

There is always something new to add to a businesses to make it unique. It might not be necessarily a new invention. It could be an improvement of an existing feature.

The crypto casino market is increasing as more people are becoming interested in cryptocurrencies. So there will always be a market share for new casinos that are ready to compete.

Advertisement is an important aspect of every business. The good part of it is that you can start promoting your casino with available resources. Your focus shouldn't be how to compete with big brands. You should start local and grow to become a global brand.

I am comfortable with the casinos I use currently. But I wouldn't hesitate to use others if they offer some enticing packages that would benefit me. Bonuses, less KYC process and others are things I look out for.

The ship hasn't sailed but the cheap ship definitely has. You can't just launch a basic white label and expect signups when every site has the exact same slots and instant cashouts.
The real barrier today is purely player acquisition cost. Streamers and affiliates cost a fortune now. Smart newcomers don't fight that marketing war anyway. They just headhunt VIPs directly. If you want a whale to switch from a big established site you have to manually match their VIP tier and offer heavy lossback to even get them to test the waters.
Most of these new sites raising millions are just burning investor cash to buy market share. I don't see any problem for the newcomers as long as they match the perks and benefits of old, trusted and established casinos that we have here in this space. I have seen quite some relatively new casinos that have built a name for themselves while coming up with some new even better type of bonuses for their users and as such they have increased their business and user base. No one stops anyone who wants to enter this market, the only thing to be prepared is how the new actor will be able to navigate against competition which is true that is very fierce in this area.

I think still very enticing business, so there could be more gambling platforms coming from all direction even at this year and even at the rate of casinos that we have right now. It's because we don't lack any gamblers, there will be gamblers born every minute to try their luck.

So even if there is tough competitions and hard to differentiate the new one from the old as far as promotions goes, there will be more gambling sites that are going to come in this year and in the next 5 years.

Yes,,, so many new sites and everyone seems like a copy of each other, especially on slots/casinos. Sports I think is where it can still attract people like me, different markets, different promos.

But loyalty,,, what makes us stay. When they do not pull off dumbass moves like blocking withdrawals and kyc when they say they would not.

I do not really slide around gambling site with whatever they could be feeling or with whatever they felt they had to show to the people. Sincerely, I am really one of those people whom welcome bonuses or whatever can’t be moved towards gambling, I believe all gambling sites are the same and have same vision of exploitation or extortion from the innocent gamblers who doesn’t know their left and right, but are seriously interested of making a life remarkable winning through which luck could be that available for them to make it through it.
