    BRISVIA (BRVA)
    Mining, back to the people.

    A CPU-mineable Proof-of-Work coin — RandomX, 0% premine, open from block 1.

    Website · Core code · Desktop app · ]Download Windows · Download Mac · X · Instagram · Facebook · Telegram · Discord

    TL;DR
    • Mine it on a normal computer. RandomX Proof-of-Work — CPU-first, ASIC-resistant. No GPUs, no mining rigs, no warehouse required.
    • 0% premine. No presale, no ICO, no dev-fee, no founder reward. Open mining from block 1, same rules for everyone.
    • Finite supply. 100,000,000 BRVA total, 50 per block, halving every 1,000,000 blocks. No tail emission.
    • One free desktop app. Wallet + miner in a single program for Windows and Mac. Download, create your wallet, press Mine.
    • Live now / coming soon. Public testnet is running today. Mainnet launches August 1, 2026 — 15:00 UTC.

    What is Brisvia?
Brisvia (BRVA) is a Proof-of-Work cryptocurrency you can mine with an ordinary computer. It is a fork of Bitcoin Core v30.2 with the mining algorithm switched to RandomX — ASIC-resistant and CPU-first — so no specialized hardware gives anyone an unfair edge.

It keeps Bitcoin's UTXO model, its transparency and its wallet, and changes only what it needs to: the Proof-of-Work (RandomX instead of SHA-256d), the difficulty adjustment (ASERT, retargeting from the very first block), a finite monetary policy, and its own network identity.

There is no premine, no private allocation and no privileged founder reward. Everyone mines under the same rules, from block 1. That is the whole idea.

    Why Brisvia?
Bitcoin began as something anyone could mine on the computer they already owned. Over the years mining moved into warehouses full of specialized machines, and ordinary people were quietly priced out of the process.

Brisvia is a small, honest attempt to bring that back: a coin you mine on your own computer, with no premine, no insiders and no head start for anyone. It will not make you rich, and it does not pretend it will. It is an open network, mined and sustained by the people who choose to show up — mining, back to the people.

If that idea appeals to you, you are already the audience we built this for.

    Fair launch — 0% premine
    • No premine. The genesis block has no spendable reward.
    • No ICO, no presale, no private sale.
    • No dev-fee, no founder allocation.
    • Open mining from block 1, same rules for everyone.
    • Parameters published in advance — nothing hidden, nothing reserved.

The genesis block carries this message:

    Quote
No privilege at genesis: an open network, mined and sustained by the people.

How to mine — the easy way
There is an official all-in-one desktop app (wallet + miner) for Windows and Mac, built for people who are not technical. Three steps:

    [list=1]
    • Download it — ]Windows (.exe) or Mac (.dmg) (also at brisvia.com).
    • Create your wallet — a 12-word (BIP39) recovery phrase, encrypted with your own password. Your keys stay on your machine.
    • Press Mine. Pick how much CPU to use, and you are participating in the network.

The app ships with signed auto-updates, so once you install it, it keeps itself current.

    Built to be approachable
Most mining software assumes you already know what you are doing. Brisvia does not. The desktop app has a clean wallet, a one-click miner, a live view of the network, and an achievements system that guides newcomers through their first steps — send, receive, mine your first block — without a manual.

For advanced users — build and run a node
Brisvia builds like Bitcoin Core; RandomX is required as a dependency. See the platform build guides under doc/ in the core repository, and verify the source for yourself:
Join the public test network with:

    [/list]
    Code:
    bitcoind -chain=brisvia-test

The node discovers peers automatically (DNS seed and fixed seeds) and validates the RandomX Proof-of-Work of every block.

    Testnet — live now
A public test network is already running so you can try the wallet, the miner and node-to-node syncing before mainnet. This is the phase to break things and report back.

Be honest with yourself about what this is: new software. Expect rough edges, run your own node, and verify anything that matters to you. Testnet coins carry no value and the network may be reset at any time — that is exactly what a testnet is for.

    Roadmap
    • Public testnet (July 2026) — open test network, live now.
    • Mainnet (August 1, 2026) — the real network goes live; open mining from block 1, no premine.
    • Post-launch — group mining (pool) with a solo / group toggle; a decentralized pool on the roadmap.
    • Later — a block explorer and more community tools.

    FAQ
    Is this an investment?
No. Brisvia is a Proof-of-Work coin you mine. There is no price promise, no profit promise, and nothing to buy.

    Do I need special hardware?
No. RandomX is CPU-first, so a normal computer works. More CPU cores mean more hashes, but there is no ASIC or GPU advantage by design.

    Windows or Mac?
Both. One app is your wallet and your miner.

Is there a premine, dev-fee or founder reward?
None. 0% premine, no dev-fee, no founder allocation. The same rules apply to everyone from block 1.

How do I know the launch is really fair?
The parameters are published in advance, the genesis block has no spendable reward, and the full source is open (MIT). Do not take our word for it — read the code and verify.

    Whose keys are they?
Yours. The wallet generates a 12-word (BIP39) recovery phrase, encrypts it with your password, and keeps it on your machine. Back up that phrase: if you lose it, no one — including us — can recover your coins.

    Is it safe / audited?
Brisvia is built on Bitcoin Core v30.2, a battle-tested base, with RandomX Proof-of-Work. That said, it is new software. Treat it as experimental, start on testnet, and verify things for yourself.

    Where can I buy BRVA?
Nowhere. There is no sale and no exchange listing. The only way in is to mine. Anyone claiming to sell BRVA before there is a market is not us.

    When does mainnet start?
    August 1, 2026 at 15:00 UTC.

    What Brisvia is NOT
We would rather be honest up front:
    • This is not an investment and makes no promise of price, value or profit.
    • There is no token sale and nothing to buy — the only way in is to mine.
    • There is no exchange listing, and we are not announcing one. Any claim otherwise is not from us.
    • Testnet coins have no value and the test network may be reset at any time.
    • Do your own research. Read the code. Verify everything for yourself.

    Mainnet launch
    Saturday, August 1, 2026 — 12:00 (ART, UTC-3) / 15:00 UTC

No premine. No presale. Just open mining, from the first block.

Open source, MIT licensed. A fork of Bitcoin Core; credit to the Bitcoin Core project and the RandomX authors.
