I do not trust all these recent services. Since a week or two weeks ago, there have been new members having this same pattern of creating service threads like this which I think they are the same person.

I think that is a more appropriate board. Service is more of a place people look for services to hire or where people offer service for hire.
What is your refund policy like in case the service I was trying to purchase does not get activated or something like that?

Fair skepticism - honestly, I'd react the same way seeing yet another new account posting a no-KYC eSIM thread. There has been a wave of them lately; I can't vouch for any of the others, and we're not connected to them.

What I can offer is verifiable history instead of promises: the service has been operating publicly since 2025 (we rebranded to CypherESIM this year - the operating history is continuous), and we're independently listed on xmr.club (their curator manually tests the checkout before listing - the listing is public), Monerica, Cryptwerk and AlternativeTo. The site, the Telegram bot and the Tor mirror are all live right now - and since plans start at $1, verifying us costs less than a coffee.

On escrow: fully agreed - happy to use escrow from the pinned list for any deal arranged through this forum. And if any established member wants to verify the service properly: I'll fund a test eSIM for an honest public review, good or bad. PM me.

On refunds: if your eSIM doesn't activate, we re-issue a fresh QR within 24 hours or refund 100% in the same crypto you paid with - no questions, no support ping-pong. That's exactly what the "24h connection guarantee" in the OP means. Support: the Telegram bot or a PM here.
