And whoever that guy is, I think it's possible that they have got the idea already and awaited for something to come out during those times.
But yeah, it's not specific that bitcoin is the one that they've awaited for but they've seen its features close to what they think.

What an imagination! All I could deduce from your dream is what most people often dream of, which is the Next Big Thing.

As we are dwelling in Bitcoin now, many people are still waiting for the future Next Big Thing. That is how it would continue forever. This mindset had already caused many to be swindled or regret investing in many things as well. Let's just be thankful that Bitcoin wasn't just that Next Big Thing, but the one that's worth it.

Of course that person(s) exist because there has been a lot of invention before that was similar to Bitcoin and if somehow that person(s) know that Bitcoin exist they clearly invested in it. I think 100% was the clear answer here.

Because those prior to Bitcoin, they have a lot of flaws that's why it didn't gain acceptance. But there could be some people that understands that those kind of movement and it's inevitable. That's why they try to sharpen the predecessor of Bitcoin.

But when Satoshi released Bitcoin, the world is on a financial crisis to certain problems like housing bubble, Lehman brothers files for bankruptcy. We still have would be investors today who have their ready funds waiting for that magical asset that will surface and they would be the first sets of investors that will get in before a massive adoption which would make them very rich when the value begins to skyrocket. This is also the reason why there are so many scam projects after Bitcoin because a lot of moneybags are waiting for the next Bitcoin replica that would make them richer, scammers also knows this and that is why they will hype their projects to gather victims whom they would scam. We should understand that the early Bitcoin adopters were taking risks them and that was why most of us didn't get into it, that is why whatever you are putting your money into you should make sure that you're using amounts that you are comfortable to lose because no new investments are a guarantee that they must be profitable in the future.
