Is it really live? I'm not sure how to read the transfers page. Is this related to the swap you processed or not? It doesn't instill confidence to use your platform when you have so many pending transfers. I can believe it happens because those are just test txs, on the other hand it also means nobody actually used that feature before. On another note, I'm not really comfortable if a service I used give details related to transfers and its status. Only the customer should know that details imo.

Also on your website on the swap page I see the option to connect to metamask which is a wallet app (https://atomicpay.cloud/defi-swap) so what is the claim with "no wallet app"?

Isn't it easier to provide an address and deposit funds instead of creating a hot wallet? And there's no guarantee that the user is the only one who can access the wallet seed.

I think the service lets you create a new wallet instead of linking your existing one, and the wallet seed is generated via Face ID/Touch ID (which is a foolish thing to do).

If you are trying to offer an instant exchange here, then i must tell you for free that you are doing a bad job of it. You are complicating the prrocess, without offering any better or more secure. The option to connect an external wallet is also not a good idea and i don't think anybody should do that. It is also a bad idea to create a wallet without a seed phrase, secured by face or touch id. Very bad idea.
