Hey guys,
I don't have enough time to manage the three casinos that we are currently having in our portfolio, and I'm looking for a German speaking forum member who would like to join in the fun.
In your first month your responsibilities would be the following:
Invent and Launch the first Games & Rounds campaign, manage it from the ideation point to the creation point.
Redesign the current ANN thread, enter it, clean it up.
Act as a bridge between the forum members and the casino manager, if a forum member has issues, you help them resolve them.
In your next month we would add the second casino into the mix, meaning that you would:
Manage two Games & Rounds campaigns
Manage two ANN threads
In the third month we would add the third casino into the mix. So you would:
Manage three Games & Rounds campaigns
Manage three ANN threads
Later on I would consider a signature campaign as well, but we're talking about 4-6 months in.
The person that I am looking for has the following:
#1. Has a reputable, senior account here with zero drama and issues. I will double check your account so please be mindful about that. I might consider newer accounts, but you have to bring something else skill-wise.
#2. Has good communication skills in both English and German. I might consider only an English speaker, but you have to bring something else to the table again.
#3. Can execute by themselves. If I close you into a room with a laptop, can you create a forum signature, forum profile photo, forum ANN design, copywriting and other assets? If the answer is yes, apply.
#4. Is looking to grow within the casino industry.
We can discuss the budget over PM, but there's a fixed fee and a performance bonus tied to this. You will be safe with me for at least 9 months (if you perform well).
